The hardest part of today's workout was actually stabilizing my neck! I had a really hard time keeping my neck up for the whole exercises on the back. I do love also seeing how my strength is increasing each day it seems!
You are not alone as that position can create tension across the shoulders, upper back. Try supporting your head on a Pilated ball or a cushion or two, alternatively keep your head & shoulders down on the mat x x
My stomach got stuck when i used the bar while doing the sit up and i screamed and threw myself on the floor waited for it to pass 😂 i think i Will do the sit-ups without the bar for a while 😅
