I think they fit into the overall aviation foot print, not as a free for all where eVtols are flying on any flight path, but more as an expansion of regional airport hubs. This enables Delta or large carriers to make it easier to get passengers from 1-2 hrs drive time to 30min flights to the main hub like Atlanta. Helps with parking and traffic. From a real estate perspective, it’s an opportunity to see where these unique pieces of land are and what support would they need there. It could just be using current FBOs, and having those as launch points to go to Atlanta.
