For a person that does not get impressed with just any home this one is stunning. The lighting fixtures, wow just beautiful. Even the pantry has decent shelving, finally not those horrible wire shelving. The only thing is 1 million and a half. Orlando prices have definitely going up.

I feel the outdoor covered lanai is great for lounging and the grill would be easily added on the outer space. That's just my observation.

At $850k, this is a lovely home.....at $1.5m, not so much......$1.5m is grossly over-priced for 4100sq/ft no matter how high the finishes....I'm all for open concept but the kitchen n family room are sitting on top of each other.....We live in a world where..."build it and they will come" so I am sure someone will purchase this home.....But,great showing,mny thanks for uploading b/c it demonstrates the contrast of what's on the market.

Orlando Home Finders I have been watching your videos sometimes I repeat the ones I like. I got lots of inspirations for upgrading my own homes. Lol. I just got this new retractable fan/chandelier installed in my loft looking out to the lake in the backyard. Very nice. The kind that you can’t tell that it’s the fan, until you turn it on because the fan is hidden above the chandelier. Cool feature.

The living room with the kitchen and the seamless transition to the backyard with pool is of course really great! It would be great if there was a balcony in the back. Outstanding home but is it worth $1.4million.......I don't think so. However I do like everything about the home except the pool area/backyard.....its so cheap looking (which is one of the reason why I don't think it's worth that much money). Nice video though.
It's beautiful but I feel like the price is higher because of all the expensive tile and trim. I have seen similarly beautiful homes with less expensive trims for a fraction of the price. Still. It IS stunning!
