Since whete I live in Ga the new plant buying up land to build the the electric car plant, my home is being looked at. Retired so this is a dream come true to have my children and the grandkids to come during the summer and holidays. They always rent a condo when they vacation in Florida. They could stay with me an it would be wonderful. Weather is always nice, a dream come true. Boat ramp a must. I'm thinking seriously about this!
Hi Lamar, I know you don't like the wire shelves. But as we've discussed before, even on high end homes, this is a good way to save money. I just had a quote done for my clients in a 4,000 sf home for Closets by design. The quote was $24,000 for closets. That's a lot of money!! damn. Thanks for watching and commenting!!
you are right, that is a mistake on the builder to put a cheap dollar store shelves in a brand new model, that would concern me as a buyer. My guess is at their base price, probably everything shown in the model is an upgrade!! LOL

The master bathroom shower is amazing and the bench is located where is needed. I would prefer a flex space than the front porch though. Regarding the boat dock it always depends on the kind of lake you have to explore and it seems to me that the Hickorynut Lake is very interesting.

Joe this is a lovely lovely home. The master closet is stunning. You know how I feel about closets love a good big huge closet. I'm afraid to ask how much they're asking for this home. But I loved how this home is built just stunning. As always great showing and very well-done staging. And yes unfortunately I agree that the rest of the closets and the pantry have those cheap shelves that are made of wire. Why oh why would you do this to such a stunning home.

Beautiful, Beautiful, Beautiful Home....... ok where do I start🤔🤔I’m loving the BIG driveway coming up into the front of the home and as you walk in the house all the natural light is a great plus for me and again that open floor plan is just what I love to see also that flex/patio area with the water feature definitely a thumbs up so much space in that area I wouldn’t dare make that into a bedroom or seal it up with walls that is an amazing touch to this home....... love the floors throughout the house and the built in TV area in the living room along with the two side windows again that natural light gives me such a good relaxing atmosphere while I’m enjoying the day...... kitchen area along with another slider to bring the outside inside works well when your cooking the appliances stainless steel great job with the look brings out those cabinets and that backsplash and GAS STOVETOP is definitely appreciated..... The wine closet underneath the steps is such an added bonus instead of a regular storage area and the bathroom look beautiful also that big walk-in shower I love it and a flex space on the other side of the house take care of the front area with the outside living space so I see there’s something for everyone and this is just the first floor....... Now for the backyard what more can I say it literally speaks for itself and it’s toooo many points of beauty in this backyard to put attention on just one thing..... Love the stairs and wood rails and the loft with my “attention to detail moment” the wood ceiling in the loft area just things like that are so impressive and like the laundry room attached to the master bedroom the other bedrooms are so spacious and look very comfortable for guests and the view in the front balcony is very nice....... The covered balcony area is awesome and the views are incredible along with the beautiful backyard again the Master Bedroom “attention to detail” that ceiling is nice and the barn door on the bathroom is a nice touch thanks for having a tub and and that shower is so big I’d never leave ........ Bonus is the boat dock what more can I say...... Builders in Orlando need to show builders in Atlanta how to build homes. Everyone is right about the wire racks. Open from floor to ceiling over family and kitchen would have been nicer. Only 4 bedrooms is a downer as well.

How far is it from Orlando/Miami areas? Can you share development lots plan? How many homes are they building? How about basement; lot size; lot premium ranges?

In the pantry, the wires shelves don’t bother me. It’s just a place to put can goods, chips, boxes of food, or some flashlights.

The pantry should have adjustable wood shelves. Not wire racks, in an upgraded home. Engineered hardwoods would be nice in the bedrooms.

I would prefer not to have the wine cellar and to build wood shelves instead. The boat dock is not a must have eighter. Overall its a fantastic home
