My God Joe this house is just stunning! I almost fell over my chair when I saw the master closet. Finally a builder put some kind of care and love into a closet. The pantry still has those wire shelving which I hate. I can't understand why they can't put better shelving. These are homes that are very up in price you should give the buyer at least standard decent shelving in closets. No one wants to invest millions of dollars into a home and go in to a pantry and see wire shelving.

Love the flyover so I can see the community keep that little touch please....... landscape of the outside is beautiful then to step into the home and see the beautiful flooring along with a walk-in wine closet and elevator included 😮😮 open floor plan is great and that kitchen is amazing GAS STOVETOP love all the upgraded appliances...... 3 car garage and helps that it is oversized definitely would keep the upgraded Landry room ..... The den would become the library for the wife a big plus and all that natural light is perfect for me now the backyard WOW,WOW,WOW..... Oh the pool is definitely coming with the home Joe believe me and I could just live on the first floor and be happy look at that Master Bedroom sooooooo large with a lot of space to move around etc now Joe your killing me with this Master Bathroom and again I wouldn’t go upstairs at all everything I need is downstairs this bathroom is amazing..... Upstairs we go love the first bedroom wouldn’t want the kids having this room at all OMG is that the loft 😳😳 looks like a whole house upstairs the bathroom upstairs is gorgeous and I second that being a kitchen on the second floor with and on-site gym and sauna with an extended balcony another nice bedroom that make the closet seem like a kids playroom so much space....... Oh, that dining room is so gorgeous and then it overlooks the beautiful pool - someone doubled down on the watch what I can design. Silly me, I really liked the Dalmation bedroom upstairs. I was like, I want that room. lol - goodness and I am grown woman.

No matter how beautiful a kitchen is, I would NOT want a sink in the island. Any time I'm looking at homes, I will scroll right by the ones that have a sink or a stove top in the island. I wish that trend would go away. But that's just my personal preference.
