The cabinets in the kitchen should have gone to the ceiling….and they are too dark in colour. Love the house overall but it is a bit confused. The fitting in the downstairs half bath look very traditional in an otherwise modern house. Also, the showers should be frameless glass for the price point….

Hahahaha - Yes, that's funny looking for sure. It's a model home and typically they have a fence around it, once the owner take over they will convert it.
It is a model home and builders tend to do that. When it sells they will remove the garden and lay the pavers.
How do you think these compare to the Madison model at Waterside the Strand in Winter Garden?

It really would depend on what matters most to you. There's always pros and cons with anywhere in the world. I lived in NJ and worked in NYC. I moved here 4 years ago. Was it worth it for me. 100% yes! I have no regrets.

This is great video. Love the way you explain and shoot. But..but...but, why you have to use a camera lens that make things look deeper. That’s just not right. Its misleading the actual room size. Please use regular lens.
Thank You K B. I really try my best to please everyone. I used to use a regular lens and many people complained about not getting enough of the rooms and felt too small. If I use a regular lens as the eye see, I would not be able to capture many things. This is just to give a nicer overall view of the property. Thank you soooo much for watching and commenting.

Hey La La, this particular model takes a very long time to build. 1.5 years OMG.. They usually build them as an inventory and sell them. If you were to build you can upgrade to no carpet. Please let me know if you are planning on purchasing a house here in Orlando. I would love to earn your business.

@@wendyk. Hey Wendy, I love this home too!! For this floor plan you would have to build specifically within this community. They don't offer this floor plan in any other community. But If they have a luxury community in Tampa, they will have another floor plan that will be similar, but the name will be different. This is the Santa Bella floor plan.
