Good morning Joe and happy Sunday. Wow. This is contemporary modern? This is not Florida vibes but it is 🔥🔥🔥. Oh no. Would’ve loved to see this staged. But you’ll give the vision. I usually don’t like dark cabinets but the light/dark contrasts work in this sleek kitchen. The primary en-suite is nice but just a little busy. Closet a little small but lots of drawer space. A stackable laundry? No room really for a shelf or cabinet for supplies 🤔. Cozy loft. Bathroom again nice but busy. Second master with balcony. This en-suite ( less busy) and closet nice. This 2nd floor outdoor living spaces are amazing. The outdoor kitchen is nice. Pool is small but appreciated. Don’t like the step up. And the step down area is steep. Unique home. The house is good, but there are two suggestions: 1. Make a bigger pool. 2. On the second floor, such a large balcony is not needed, it is better to make large rooms and add a gym.
