    I hope that you enjoy this session all focused on the upper body. Use the weights that offer resistance in just the right way, and feel free to do the kneeling exercises in a standing position if that would be better for your body.     I enjoyed this while using super light weights to try the class out. The mild workout was perfect while recovering an injury and now I know where I can use a bit more weight next time. Thank you, Beth!

      No we do not. If you like to move with Pilates without internet, check out our membership and app since you can save classes on the app and access them with no wifi.

      3 and 5 but when I'm doing my personal workout and not teaching, sometimes they'll be different.

    Hello again,
    Not sure if mhy comments are going through
    I was telling my hair stylist who was complaining about her legs and feet about you. So when I searched my favorite leg pilates video of all time to share it with her, it didn't appear. it says it's on private. It's called Leg Workout | Pilates Mat Class (you wore dark grey shirt and royal blue leggings)
    I stopped watching it a long time ago myself due to memorizing/taking notes on most of it. I showed her what I could in person, there at the salon lol, but if there is anyway pretty please to make it unprivate it and make it unlisted I would greatly appreciate it. I believe/know it will help her.
