    Excellent Info. Thank you. Where does Pickleball fall in all of this? For someone with osteoarthritis or osteoporosis or both? Would you recommend it or not? Thank you.

      I love pickleball! It would be considered Moderate impact and as long as you are not getting too sore from playing, keep on going! Make sure to still add upper and lower body strengthening exercises to round out your fitness program. If your balance is compromised and falling might be a possibility, then you must take extreme caution!

    For a senior citizen, how effective is medium physical labor in place of strength training?

      Great question Jeanne! Medium physical labor definitely counts, but you may need to supplement with some specific strength training. For example, if your "medium labor" focuses on lower body activity, then you may need to do upper body strengthening exercises 2-3 times per week.

      @@FrontRowwithEd thanks! I clean abnb houses usually 3-4+ times a week, so not farm labor. Just constant work for hours at a time
