When the things at 4:10-ish get tall and narrow, I think they're meant to be arrow slits that exist in castles. For archers to defend while still having cover.
Smaller windows are typically used as venting and lighting for bathrooms. Also kitchens will use smaller windows sometimes called “accent windows”. So in home design, you will almost always find small windows at a bathroom exterior wall. But you may find these type of windows in a workshed or similar building as well. Hopefully that is helpful
That slit window in the wall is like for old-style castles, they would put their archers in the room and the archers would snipe through them while not getting shot themselves, you know?. Also, I want this game five seconds into watching you play it.
Incorporating diverse architectural styles from around the world, such as American, European, Japanese, Chinese, Middle Eastern, German, Western and Spanish buildings, would greatly enhance the game's experience and make it truly outstanding.
This is the first time visiting your channel as this vid came up in my feed. I'm absolutely loving your vibe! This has been on my wishlist for a while, and I hope to have the same level of discovery energy as you when I play it next week.
4:25 In castles, those narrow slits are used by archers to shoot arrows at attacking enemies from a safe position. It also let light in but too small to let in intruders.
If you put two banners on the ground across from each other they connect to be a long banner thing ....connected by like triangles lol I don't know what they are called 😂 They put them out in Medieval times places 😂 You did know that with windows as well , it connects two windows with laundry!? Great video❤ , I'm going to be a Tiny Glade Twitch streamer for a While, after this comes out lol !! 😂
I'm going feral over the fact that the music changes in each glade I wonder if you can put the chimneys down unattached to any buildings? Do they make like smokestacks?
I'm going to love tinkering in this game. I hope it gets enough support for them to keep developing. I'd love more themes, too many to be named, but name a culture and I'd like to see it available.
demure and fancy tend to be antonyms but regardless thank you for the explanation of the features! the narrow windows are super uncommon in modern housing because we can afford glass on a large scale now.
Ooh my question is, can the trees around the glade be deleted as well? Since we have a much bigger space outside the demo. If not, what happens if you try to build there? Will it not let you?
If you build on the trees, they get deleted automatically. And you can also delete them manually. They're basically exactly like the trees you place yourself, only pre-generated.
Hey I have a question to anyone that can answer!! I love the look of this game, it looks super cute! However I find hard to believe that it has no goals at all, no objective, no action of any kind. Is that a thing? Is there really no objective in this game? Because if that is the case, how long people are gonna play this game? maybe 1 week or two??
This is a nice building tool, well-made and aesthetically pleasing. But when you finish building, you say "Ok, now it's the time to play". But there is nothing to play. You cannot even decorate your dwellings, there are no people in them, nothing happens. So it's totally futile. I also enjoy building in The Sims (especially in The Sims 4, where gameplay is a bit boring compared to previous versions), but there is a purpose in building, people are going to use those builds and live in them!
I feel like the game should have a setting to increase the saturation....the game definitely feels little dull ...not to forget there is an option to increase saturation in the camera section 😭🤌
ahhh, thank you for checking out the full version, Sevy 💖 It was a delight watching you try all the tools :3 can't wait to see what you do with them!
Thank you so much! Lots of creations to come for sure ❤️
I’m so excited for the game! The demo was so fun to play and I’m excited for the full version!!! Do you know a price or a price range it is?
I heard about 25$ , not sure if it was an official cost @@thecrewkidz2
Will you ever put it on console???

i don't know the word in english, but in french they are called "meurtrières", which means "murderers" lol
The ones with a circular opening at the bottom were dual purpose and were designed to allow small cannons to be fire out.
@@colincolin1738 In English they are simply "arrow loops"

Ooh I see! Can't wait to see those old style castle builds then 👀 hoping for a sale upon its official release 🙏🏽
In french we call these windows "meurtrières" (literally "murderers") for additional info ! :D

Definitely but it’s developed by only 2 people so it might take some time
im SO gonna use this for worldbuilding and for town maps for dungeons and dragons once it comes out. could not be more excited

This game exceeded every expectation i had
Don’t forget to draw a path through water 😉
Yeah!
I'm a bit surprised you never tried that.
I'm going feral over the fact that the music changes in each glade

I cannot wait to play the full version omg
The gasps every time a new feature is discovered - clearly this is the grail game for Sevy
It really is LMAO I couldn't help myself
That sword looking gap thing is for arrows 😅❤

WAIT SEVY YOU HAVE A COZY CHANNEL? YES. i dont play genshin anymore so im glad you have this channel
I think my favorite new tool is water, though the new gothic windows are a close second! Favorite glade is probably winter
I am curious how you would build a bridge over water.
the double slot option look to be arrow loops for towers.
Want to try everything.. nice work..
This game can take some inspiration from Terrain tool from zoo tycoon 2

Loved the video ! I can't wait to buy this game 💖
4:36 That’s called an archer’s window. It's a small slit that allows archers to shoot through the wall while being protected by the wall.
THEY'RE ARROW LOOPS AND GUN PORTS!
4:02 this is just a guess but they remind me of a window for prison cells so that the prisoners can't escape XD
They need to add wood type or log house textures
They have ducks! I thought it was just sheep ❤
