My dog got sprayed by a skunk two times this week! (the I second being yesterday) I used the baking soda, hydrogen peroxide, and dish soap concoction (no exact measurements, but I did add a lot of baking soda) and it’s magic! The smell has dramatically been reduced, but just a little bit of it lingers on his face. I let it soak into his fur for about 5-7 minutes and then thoroughly washed it out. Then I followed up with a conditioning shampoo to further get rid of the smell and make his skin more hydrated.

One night my air was on and I started to smell the spray. It was bad. It's also happened when we have had the windows open overnight downstairs before 😂

I was trying to break up my puppy chasing a skunk during a morning walk on a crop field and I got a little bit too close when the skunk sprayed. Krebaum's Skunk-Out works pretty well on other stubborn smells, too. I once used it to get coffee smell and taste out of a (reusable) plastic cup.
