      Good day. I have a P3027 fault code for the 1.6 thp (Knock sensor 1 circuit low input bank 1 or single sensor. And U0073 communication module bus off. Do I change the sensor or is there something more serious that I have to complete. I just got the head reseated and re valved new piston rings and bearings new timing chain. Etc. The turbo was not activating so I checked and the vacuum pipe was not connected. After doing so this fault code came up, before that nothing or fault codes appeared. The check engine lights does not come on just error on the screen console. The car jerks on second gear and every gear after that. Fuel consumption also has increased. Please advise.

    hi very helpful video been under my car today and finally found my coolant leak looks like the oil cooler dripping from behind the cat where it meets the cooler looks like some fun in future removing this

      @@CoatsandGaitersthanks I got it done and seems cured also re-did my injector seals and rocker cover gasket which cured my oil leak fingers crossed thanks again for your video

    Thank you for the detailed video's much appreciated. Got a question about the spring/valve/plunger on the bottom side of the housing (5:38min). Mine fell out during dissassemble, cant seem to get it flush like it shows in your video, can you give me more information on how that part is held in. Greetings and subscribed!

    Good afternoon, I have noticed oil in coolant expansion tank, car runs fine and doesn't overheat, is thi maybe a fault with the cooler?
    Is this easy enough to remove whn still in the car?

      Sadly I do not know this engine very well. I only stripped it.

    I have a problem with my car, oil goes into the water tank but the car does not lose oil nor does it raise temperatures but the water in the water tank becomes like mud and now I am thinking of changing the oil cooler, what would you suggest I do?? its the same engine Thp 207 turbo
