The Ork one is just: T'au - COME ON, LET ME F**KING SHOOT MY RAILGUN! YOU'VE BEEN FIRING FOR NINE HOURS!!! Orks - 'Old on, 'old on, oi get anotha' roll
May I suggest the 1 pt./dollar Adeptus Custodes list (Null-maiden vigils): only using the max number of sisters of silence kit built as 6*10 prosecutors, 3*10 of both witchseekers and vigilators, 3 knight centuras (each with an enhancement) only 4 rhinos and Aleya. Which would give you a list of 1985 pts. for the low low price of only $1800. A fact that makes this list even better than the admech one is that you'd have to buy the same sisters kit 25 times
After the shenanigans I've heard with the new agents codex, I can't wait for the eventual genestealer cults no genestealers list. Also those T'au planes would look halfway decent if they had a giant railgun. Everything can be made at least decent by adding a railgun.
I've currently got my 3d printer chugging out bodies for a traitor guard list that is suspiciously close to your meme setup. I'm even more excited to run it now.
A list I want to make is the "Orkstra Militarum", a Blood Axe-style Ork list that tries to emulate IG as much as possible, inspired by the Infantry Platoon of editions past. A Nob "kommand skwad", lots of shoota boyz, Mek Guns as heavy weapon teams, burna boyz and tankbustas as special weapon squads, etc.
The absurdity of ALL of those 7 DAngels Named Characters showing up on the exact same Battle aside.... That would actually be a pretty fun List to build&paint, and really cool to see if you put effort into making the Knights&Blacknights&Companions more Dark Angelsy and unique.
As A Tyranids player I appreciate Erics Dakka list. You can have 120 termagants all with devourers at 2 shot each. 50 Gargoyles is another 50 shots. The carnifex can equip 2 devourers, each with 12 shots plus spine banks with 5 attacks, you can have 2 in a group with 6 total. Thats 464 shots per turn
A good meme list for DA is “Better White Scars” Samuel A chap on bike 3 Ravenwing command squads (bikes) 3 max squads of Ravenwing knights 3 max squads of outriders I think this is a couple pts short but I did get it up to 1780
So the Orks list got me curious on what a Tyranids "Too Many Dice" list could look like. The math was wild, even if it kinda turned into "how many Devourers can we run?" - 120 Termagants, Devourers or Spinefists. - 6 Carnifexes, double Devourers. - 6 Ranged Warriors, Devourers. - 30 Barbgaunts - Winged Prime for Warlord, leads the Warriors. We could have minmaxed a bit more with special weapons on the Termies and Warriors too, but I digress, lets try to keep it simple as we can. Barbgaunts and Carnifex Bio Plasma are the only variant for attack numbers, due to rolling for number of attacks and also having Blast. However... assuming each of those models rolled the minimum possible number of attacks... we're still looking at 480 dice worth of shots taken... On the other hand, assuming the maximum, plus max bonuses from blast... total shots fired goes up to 786. Sure, most of them are S4 or S5, but that's a lot of shots, and Invasion Fleet for armywide Lethal Hits on Monsters/Vehicles means we could potentially land a decent enough amount of wound rolls too even against big targets. Could be scary. That being said, we all know the *real* way to win with this army is to forego speedrolling and do every attack individually. I'm partially sure this might violate some legal convention about psychological torture, but hey, just another day in the grim darkness of the far future.
I'm honestly a little dissapointed that the Orks list did not start out with 6 gretchin units of 22 models each, since they become battleline in dread mob so you can run 6 units instead of 3. But besides that it was a really fun list.
So fun fact: Ezekiel is not only the only remaining metal space marine miniature, he’s also the oldest space marine mini still being produced, you can buy him right now for a little under 35 bucks
I have a list I like to call “Overwatch fortress” for space marines. 3 hammerfell bunkers, 3 sets of 2 Firestrike turrets, 3 sets of Chaplains leading 6 Bladegaurd into battle delivered via 3 separate Drop Pods. You have room for 1 enhancement.
My favorite Dark Angles list is taking the third detachment no one talks about and running 36 bikes as my squad. 3: Chaplins on Bikes 1: Raven Wing Comman Squad 1: Sammael 3: 6 man outrider squads 3: 6 man Ravenwing Black Knights
To add to this: the apothecary on bike is very funny to add to ouriders if you are not playing in a tournament. Rezzing an ATV in an outrider squad each turn can be a real pain in the rump.
I laughed my ass off at the "Chaos Space Marines Lacking Space Marines" list, then cried when you forgot that Be'Lakor can't be brought in CSM due to Supreme Commander XD
recently i played in a starter game to learn 40k at a gw strore with 500 points, everyone was told to bring a well balanced list. my partner, this being their 3'd game had to play against a bike only list
On the idea of Dakka, I had the idea of building an orc army but in full on Napoleonic firing lines and orcified uniforms. I know it's not good but I want to see the opponents reaction.
The orks are cosplaying as the mordian guard 😂, you gotta get a model not in your army call it a runner and have him deliver a letter to your opponent when you declare a waagh
I was hoping the dakka list would magically end up with the undefeated dread mob list from the LSO this weekend, 3 big mek with shock attack, 30 lootas, 30 flash gitz, 9 bubblechuckas, and 100 grots. Close but no cigar.
Before the t'au codex drop I theory crafted an "oops all drones" list. Unfortunately they legend'd the gun drones. It starts off strong with 3 tiger sharks, flying fortresses with dual railcannons and so many 6 seeker missiles a piece. On the opening turn you just fly into the opponent's drop zone and destroy all their tanks. Then each one drops an MSU tactical drones to box in your enemy's infantry in their deployment zone. Meanwhile your 3 tidewall droneports get to make attacks against every enemy unit in sight. From here, you lose, but die laughing. You have a single ethereal at the back for moral support.
I have had an idea for an ungodly list that isn't technically playable, but would really be funny. Death Guard. Typhus 4 Typhus models, proxyed as Terminators (Twophus, Threephus, Fourphus, and Fivephus) Up to the point limit in Poxwalkers. Finally make the list that GW clearly intended, as we can see from the start collecting box
Another funny meme list for T'au would be 'Whoops all rail guns'. If it has a rail gun, it's in. Example: hammerhead, gunrig, broadside, pathfinders, etc.
For tyranids: I swear we're humans -3 broodlords (240) -30 genestealers (450) -9 ranged warriors (195) -9 melee warriors (225) -70 termagants (420) -2 Walking Hive Tyrant (470) If I counted correctly it shoudl be exactly 2000 points of "I swear I'm a human"
The most Dakka I ever managed to jam into a single 2000 point list was actually with Eldar, at 534 _average_ shots on first turn. That's not 534 theoretical shots, that's 534 shots that the list can actually, realistically put out on average by going first. I call it the Eldar Disco Ball: 1x Farseer Skyrunner 10x Dire Avengers 10x Shadow Spectres 20x Swooping Hawks 18x Shroud Runners 27x Wind Riders with Scatter Lasers Assuming your opponent has a single 10-man unit of infantry that the Shadow Spectres can reach (an easily achievable condition), this army, should it go first, can immediately pour out an average of 458.5 shots thanks to Blast. If there's a 20-man unit, this shoots up to 478.5. That is not including the pistols, that is *only* the 18" or longer guns that can immediately pour fire into your opponent's deployment zone. Oh, but also you can use a fate die to make one of your d6 shots a 6, increasing your average to 482. If we then assume the Wind Riders aren't targeting anyone on an objective (which is a very conservative assumption since they have 60" range and 14" move) and we put the Farseer rerolls on the Shadow Spectres, you'd average an additional 52 shots from those rerolls, bringing you up to 534 shots. I've played a version of this list exactly once. My shooting phases took *ages*, and this was on TTS.
I did a Blood Angels all-dreadnought party - 3x Ballistus, 1x Brutalis, 1x Death Company, 3x Boxnaughts, 1x Furioso, 1x Librarian Dread, 2x Redemptors. Warlord is Inquisitor Karamazov
The Votann "I prefer to walk" list. Where you take 3 Hekatons, 3 squads of brokhyr with attached leader, 3 squads of heartkyn with attached grymnir and to round it off one squad of 10 hearthguard with a leader. Then you have a list we're none of the infantry will fit into the transports. 😂
I appreciate roasting eric over not completing his orks, let’s me live vicariously because I have a friend who WONT FINISH HIS ARMY. He’s got models that have been boxed for two years now
As someone who hasn't played 40k since Sixth Edition, seeing that the Firesight Team is still alive and kicking gives me so much joy. That's just so funny.
11:20 proposing a fix: in Auric champion Leader Character models that are not connected to a unit gets a biiiiiig buff like: 4+ FNP on everything, 3+ FNP on mortals, +2 attacks for every model the target unit has. They would be incredibly strong one man army but lose completely the utility. Or could be something tamers such as: Leader units without a Bodyguard has Lone Operative, +1 attack for every model in the target unit, 5+++ and if they have an ability that requires them to lead a unit it is activated, just for them, as if they where leading a unit. Sounds like a lot of buffs but mind you: those units are made to work with other units, but requiring them to be alone you are massively cutting down their power
these were hysterical, and i'd love to see more! As a suggestion: it could also be fun if you had a viewer submitted episode; see what kind of comedy we as a community can come up with! Either way though I hope you do more, these are a fucking riot to listen too!

And I dub this list: "Unending Lightshow" @@generalmars3855
27:27 actually it’s D’akka
Could you spell it out phonetically for us un educated!
The Ork one is just:

Orks - 'Old on, 'old on, oi get anotha' roll

“We’re gonna do another lore episode if you don’t shut the hell up right now!”
Don’t threaten me with a good time, Brad!
Hammerhead railgun looks like a fuckin USB flash drive. I can't unsee it.
I mean they do upload your consciousness to the afterlife
Can’t wait for that next totally popular and original sequel episode where you can go back and change agents ugliest model to the new Coteaz.
After the shenanigans I've heard with the new agents codex, I can't wait for the eventual genestealer cults no genestealers list.
Also those T'au planes would look halfway decent if they had a giant railgun. Everything can be made at least decent by adding a railgun.
I mean... that already exists, Christian von Carmine made an all imperium genestealer list.
@@xithara6206 True, so how about the reverse. Genestealer grey knights!
Friendly reminder for Eric. The boomdakka snazwagon is the same size as a 1/35 scale model of a Volkswagen beetle :D
Ah, yes, the cheaper option
@@Jfk2Mr but itz also kitbashin fun ya git
When the no-CSM list started i thought you were going for "all big bases". I now want an all big bases list.
An episode that started at ramen and drinking? Oh this’ll be a good one
Knight List that would be a Real MeMe
Cerastus Knight Castigator (465 points)
• 1x Castigator bolt cannon
1x Tempest warblade
Cerastus Knight Lancer (430 points)
• Warlord
• 1x Cerastus shock lance
ALLIED UNITS
Warhound Titan (1100 points)
• 1x Warhound feet
1x Warhound turbo-laser destructor
1x Warhound turbo-laser destructor
Bro I heard you liked elite armies to I made your knights more elite so you only need 3 models
1,750$ CAD army btw

I like that you can tell Eric has become so much more comfortable with recording the podcast
A good meme list for DA is “Better White Scars”
Samuel
A chap on bike
3 Ravenwing command squads (bikes)
3 max squads of Ravenwing knights
3 max squads of outriders
I think this is a couple pts short but I did get it up to 1780
So the Orks list got me curious on what a Tyranids "Too Many Dice" list could look like. The math was wild, even if it kinda turned into "how many Devourers can we run?"
- 120 Termagants, Devourers or Spinefists.
- 6 Carnifexes, double Devourers.
- 6 Ranged Warriors, Devourers.
- 30 Barbgaunts
- Winged Prime for Warlord, leads the Warriors.
I would love to see you guys do a battle report with Bricky where everyone brings meme lists. Let the meme tournament begin!!
Yes please
Those deck names take me way back holy moly, I just had flashbacks upon hearing "Cephalid Breakfast"
Hearing the words bant super friends genuinely made my heart drop LMFAO.
So fun fact: Ezekiel is not only the only remaining metal space marine miniature, he’s also the oldest space marine mini still being produced, you can buy him right now for a little under 35 bucks
I cant wait to run eight assassins once the new imperial agents codex launches.
Im so glad the 'Not A Single Space Marine' list got a sequel with CSM but without the CSMs
My favorite Dark Angles list is taking the third detachment no one talks about and running 36 bikes as my squad.
3: Chaplins on Bikes
1: Raven Wing Comman Squad
1: Sammael
3: 6 man outrider squads
3: 6 man Ravenwing Black Knights
Based ravenwing enjoyer
To add to this: the apothecary on bike is very funny to add to ouriders if you are not playing in a tournament. Rezzing an ATV in an outrider squad each turn can be a real pain in the rump.
@@coffeelemon6496 drop 2 chaps and pick up 2 more comm squads for more bikes and iirc that’s still legal

14:55 i mean... You joke but this is my dark angels list, except those risen are all hellblasters.
Its cool damnit!

Now I want to see a battle report of the dakka Orks vs the tyranid carpet list
I would love to see the Ork Dakka list against the Floor is Bugs army from last video.
I was hoping the dakka list would magically end up with the undefeated dread mob list from the LSO this weekend, 3 big mek with shock attack, 30 lootas, 30 flash gitz, 9 bubblechuckas, and 100 grots. Close but no cigar.
IKR, we could only hope.
"I know.. Matthew.. and my boy.. Jesus" 😭😭😭
Wait, the Firesight Team is an HQ?!
I wanna see a tournament with ONLY meme Lists!
How many tries were there for that intro 😭
I don't even remember. If you can't tell from our mood on the episode, we weren't exactly the most sober.
And that's what made it so damn fun to watch.
I have had an idea for an ungodly list that isn't technically playable, but would really be funny.
Death Guard.
Typhus
4 Typhus models, proxyed as Terminators (Twophus, Threephus, Fourphus, and Fivephus)
Up to the point limit in Poxwalkers.
Finally make the list that GW clearly intended, as we can see from the start collecting box
Feels wierd seeing only seconds on the post time for once
Another funny meme list for T'au would be 'Whoops all rail guns'. If it has a rail gun, it's in. Example: hammerhead, gunrig, broadside, pathfinders, etc.
For tyranids: I swear we're humans
-3 broodlords (240)
-30 genestealers (450)
-9 ranged warriors (195)
-9 melee warriors (225)
-70 termagants (420)
-2 Walking Hive Tyrant (470)
If I counted correctly it shoudl be exactly 2000 points of "I swear I'm a human"
The most Dakka I ever managed to jam into a single 2000 point list was actually with Eldar, at 534 _average_ shots on first turn. That's not 534 theoretical shots, that's 534 shots that the list can actually, realistically put out on average by going first.
I call it the Eldar Disco Ball:
1x Farseer Skyrunner
10x Dire Avengers
10x Shadow Spectres
20x Swooping Hawks
18x Shroud Runners
27x Wind Riders with Scatter Lasers
Assuming your opponent has a single 10-man unit of infantry that the Shadow Spectres can reach (an easily achievable condition), this army, should it go first, can immediately pour out an average of 458.5 shots thanks to Blast.
Okay, I actually really like that dark angels list. That unironically looks cool
The orc list makes me think of the Mythbusters adage. “If it’s worth doing it’s worth over doing.”
