appreciate the analysis. however, at 20 million cars, most sales will be the model 2, which will be priced at 20-25K. So, assuming 50K price is probably way too high even with software included, unless you have robotaxi.

A couple years ago, you predicted an $8000/share stock price for TSLA by 2030 (before the 3:1 split). You've now nearly tripled the share price, but added a year. I'm not going to hold my breath for $7500 by 2031. I hope you're right, but I think you tend to let your optimism run away.
Warren, it makes a lot of sense to build a Tesla factory somewhere in Europe for the compact/robotaxi vehicle because of Europes heritage and urban history European roads are generally narrower than the US, so a smaller Tesla would be incredibly popular, way beyond the current Y & 3

@Matzes not sure how up to date Google maps is but looking at satellite View they have only built 1/4 of the proposed footprint so yeah I'd imagine Berlin it'll be for the compact car

I drive a model S and previously had ac large ICE suv, I live in Europe - I have never had a problem with these large vehicles even in cities. The 3 and Y are fine.

I have FSD beta on my 2020 MY and I had been awful. It will frequently put the car into a turning lane when it's not supposed to turn. The car tried to drive through a red light. FSD has never been this bad. Is it my car? What gives? I have taken car off of beta now.

Id be happy w 1000 a share 2030 for tesla. Im older now and can hold unlike when i kept selling apple and netflix mid 2000s.
I am expecting 300 next week, 500 by year end, and a price of 900, when it splits x3 in late 2024. Also you left out the rise of Tesla bots. Tesla has said it wants a mass production factory for Optimus in 2025, so that would affect these numbers.

You say all of these predictions are hyper optimistic regardless of slow->fast version. Might be safe to say that the hyper bear case with your predictions that Tesla will be at $2500 in 2030. Which is already ~10 bagger. Crazy.
Despite having recently gone through a gigantic trough, there is not a single year on any of the paths where there is any reduction or market correction. Just an easy trillion here and an easy trillion there...

If Tesla has 4 factories pushing out 2M vehicles in 2023, does that mean they will need 40 factories to get 20M vehicles? Does Tesla need to build 30+ factories & ramp production in only 8 years ?
I think the plan is for some factories to produce 2M+ vehicles/year.
I really don’t know if there are any supply constraints of that, but it would be interesting to see a body for robotaxi similar to Aptera’s (not the shape, but the concept of carbon fiber/composite, with megacast, no paint shops)

Why would it be easier to imagine what the stock price will be eight years from now, as opposed to figuring what the stock price will be 3 trading sessions from now? Actually no one knows the future for the next eight years or the next 8 days. As for me, I would like to see $290.00 this Monday during premarket.

@@keziasarah Why does the market/investors/traders always assume the worst when it comes to the federal reserve speaking and the same weekly market reports. At some point the markets get your confidence leaning in one direction and then it will flip to the opposite direction.
If they solve AI, make it safe and control it, in conjunction with everything else, Tesla will make it to a value like Berkshire Hathaway. Warren Buffet has his hand in everything. If Tesla/Musk does the same thing but for tech and AI and energy we will be laughing all the way to the bank. Might not be till 2040 but it can only go up.

Maybe he’s using the actual numbers from today? TSLA market cap is $860 billion right now at $275 per share.

Monopolistic behavior cannot only be very high prices. Extreme repair center arrogance and lack of customer service can also be symptoms.
1. 8x the revenue, not the earnings? That’s a x35 p/e, unrealistic. x10 or 15 p/e makes much more sense. So not 24T but 6T in 2032.
2. The US GDP is 25T$, and the world GDP is 100T$.
For Tesla to be worth 24T$, it’ll need at least 2T$ profit yearly, and probably x5 revenue - so 10T$ paid to Tesla.
That’s 10% of the world economy and 40% of the US economy.

1. Market Cap maps to global wealth, not GDP. GDP maps to profit.
2. Robotaxi and Bot will improve economic efficiency and productivity, increasing global GDP and global wealth
3. $1T profit is enough for $24T market cap with a P/E ratio of 24, low for a growing company.
I was confused at first as well, but valuing the company off of revenue is a nice little shortcut to simplify things...when looking at revenue, at a 20% profit margin and 40 PE you can have an 8x revenue, similar to a 25% margin at 32 PE, or 30% margin at 27 PE, etc...At first, I thought these margins would be way high, but if automotive is 18%, the battery is 22%, and robotaxi is 50%, with each having equal revenue, the average would be 30%, discounting their margins to 18%, 18%, and 24% would be an average 20% margin, I think somewhere between these two examples.
if fundamentals was a thing when it comes to tesla the stock would have been way higher today... Unless something revolutionary happens like FSD suddenly becomes level 5 i dont see this changing... so the stock might not be higher then 1000 in 2030.

@@WarrenRedlich a recent interview with EEITV on TH-cam, Elon discussed the Semi and how they are constrained. Which is why they haven't gone into mass production yet. It just so happens their contract with Talon metals is worth 70% of their ore. They recently submitted their permit worksheet. Their timing looks to synchronize. The nickel at talon is most likely meant for Semi.
I don't remember Elon saying they're constrained.
They are building a Semi factory in Nevada. I don't think they have even broken ground yet.

I’m expecting the share price to be half in 2030 to what warrens table shows about 3000, which is still good, your table could be right depends on FSD and what that looks like such a big unknown if it will be exclusive to tesla or what the revenue model would look like it’s a new unestablished market.
