I lived in India. Moringa Tree grows drum sticks. It is considered a the king of vegetables. You can make a soup from Moringa leaves. It is delicious. Most healthy. I also live in Southern California. Would love to get my hands on some fresh leaves. I went thru a detox in India supervised by my Aryuvedic doctor. He had me take this soup everyday. It is so nutritious that you won't feel hungry for the whole day and yet have the energy. Amazing stuff. Indians make this drum stick Shaak. Look it up on how to make it in the You tube. It is absolutely delicious.

Wow, I boiled around ten branches of Moringa like vegetables and put some salad dressing to them. I ate them in a day. Now I realise from you that I should take them like pills in a period of time. Yet, I feel great by taking all in a day. It just like clean up my whole system.

Very nice video of the whole process. To dry i put the leaves in a “Flour Sack Kitchen Towel” sold at waltmart, 10 x 8.45. It really is like a cheese cloth. Usually for 3-4 days, until leaves are crunchy. I got the pill filler too, huge help. ❤ i only need my own plant now 😂

Thank for sharing, I have been drying moringa leaves for 6 years and have some useful tips, may I suggest leaving the moriga bundles hang for 3 to 4 days, you will see that the leaves fall from the stems without having to pics, they will be at the right dryness as well.

How long do the capsules last for before they lose their strength?
I would dry them longer or use a dehydrator at low 105 degree. That way they will be a finer mix. I’m a diy grower consumer.

Good morning, I have been taking it a couple weeks now. After 1 week I could tell a difference in the swelling. After 2 weeks my joints started hurting less. It seems the longer I take it the better it is. The first week I took 2 capsules in the morning and 2 in the evening but I found I was having trouble sleeping. The second week I switched to 3 capsules in the morning and it has made a big difference. I still get the benefits without disturbing my sleep. I hope this helps! Good luck. I ordered morimga powder from Amazon last month I took that in empty stomach I teaspoon but I could not feel any difference the stiffness pain swelling is still there

Thank you for the excellent video, but I think you are getting more gelatin than moringa with each capsule. I think this process would work great for neem and neem is really bitter. Also, you could make moringa stew, mmm... delicious! (I think it's made by lightly sautéing the moringa leaves in ghee with chopped onions and salt, pouring in some milk and allowing it to simmer for a couple of minutes).

Some advice....when you run it through the magic bullet let it all sit in an uncovered bowl for 24 - 48 hours. There's still moisture in the ground material. Run it all through a second time and you'll be able to get it to more of a powder consistency 👌🏼

Joe you can grow a Moringa tree in a 5 gal pot/bucket. Take it outside in Warmer temps, and put on a "dolly" and roll it indoors for Fall/Winter.
Go watch "Moringa for life" vids.. I grow mine to be Shorter/bushy. Gives me More leaves and Much easier to harvest from.. many times a yr...
i do mix moringa with king bitter to get more nutrition and powerful antioxidants.

I have just ordered my capsule filler and empty gelatin capsule through aliexpress, thank you for this video. I find taking a teaspoon of plain moringa powder (dilluted with a glass of water) so bittery and a bit painful in my stomach, if taken without meal.
Now with this capsule I can bring it anywhere and can take it every after meal. I plan to take 3pcs 500mg capsule in morning and night. How many time do you take yours?
