  • For many years these, two ingredients, have been used to fight all kinds of diseases, and have shown excellent results. Research has shown that if these two ingredients are used together in calculated amounts, their effect is significantly better.
    Ginger aids weight loss by speeding up your metabolism and gastrointestinal system, prevents nausea and vomiting, prevents diseases such as colon cancer and stomach ulcers, and acts as and anti-inflammatory.
    Moringa, originally from India, Afghanistan and Pakistan, has remarkable properties, and is popular in several different parts of the world due to many reasons.
    It relieves the symptoms of arthritis
    It prevents certain diseases
    It protects the heart
    It cures migraines
    Improves digestion
    Protects the liver
    Against Anemia
    Improves circulation
    One way to consume these two wonderful ingredients is to make an infusion.
    Here’s what you do:
    Ingredients
    10 green Moringa leaves;
    4 cups of water;
    85 grams of fresh ginger;
    A teaspoon of honey.
    Start by cleaning the ginger root and cutting it into pieces.
    Let it boil in the water for 10 minutes.
    Take the ginger off the stove and add the Moringa leaves, cover it and leave it to sit for 5 minutes. Strain the mixture and drink.
    If desired, add the teaspoon of honey to sweeten it.
    Drink one cup in the morning and another before going to bed.

    Moringa grows like weeds in my country, Philippines. I grew up in a poor family and we would make moringa soup poured on our rice. We eat a lot of moringa and ginger. We grow them in our backyard all year round.

    I am type 2 diabetes, have been for over 20 years. I have struggled with high numbers of fasting blood sugars in the morning no matter what i have done to try to keep them low. Now two months ago i started drinking a cup of moringa tea before bedtime and amazingly my fasting sugar numbers have been very good. Thanks for this miracle of moringa.

    I have been using Moringa powder for three months. I cannot say enough about how my arthritis has improved in my hands, back and shoulders. I also suffer with constipation, not anymore, 4 moringa capsules a day, sometimes 6 if pain returns in severe form. It is by no means a cure but much better to be on continuously rather than chemically treated pills.

    • @1sr0
      @1sr0 5 ปีที่แล้ว +8

      You definitely are a dumbass. Africa has nothing to do with Moringa in terms of its origin. Indian labor might have taken it to Caribbean along with other things they took from India and introduced them in the Carribean - curry, flat bread etc. Moringa is widely grown in South East Asia and Ancient Indian medicine incorporated it for over 5000 years. Absolutely nothing to do with Africa except that somebody took it there at some point and this tree grows well in that area too. Dumbass!

    I started taking Moringa just to see if they worked (pills) I did notice a slight change but I didn't know just how much it was helping me until I stopped taking it. I have been so depressed for many years and nothing seems to work for me. I am so tired of taking pills I just wanted to stop! I did and I noticed a big change come over me. What I thought was helping me was the new pills my Dr. had changed for me. That wasn't the case, it turns out that Moringa is and has been used for depression for many years! I never knew this. My doctor asked me when I started using Moringa and it was the same time he changed to the new pills. So when I stopped with the Moringa the most horrible symptoms came back. I am slowly stopping my depression pills and just want to take the Moringa. They have so many side effects that I feel I can't go wrong with Moringa. I hope it works for me.

      Been on it for almost a decade but do to finances CS t afford it last couple of years but I Always bought mine from znaturalfoods, they ship anywhere in the world. I tried the best suppliers but nobody beats znaturalfoods for quality and price, just throw a tablespoon in a glass of your favourite juice and drink it in morning.
      Or break it up into 4 teaspoons in four drinks during the day but it's better than capsules and way cheaper, like $16 a pound or 5 pounds for $60 the change prides but never over $20 a pound normally, but you won't find better out there
      If you find this useful after trying it, order me a bag and use the ship to a friend option and bobs your uncle ;-)
      Peace and Blessings

    • @crying_hippy
      @crying_hippy 5 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Mellie Chavez Please please please order from znaturalfoods 1 pound of organic raw cacao powder, take 1-2 teaspoons depending on symptoms, this works for depression, anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD.....etc
      It's from the chocolate family and like coco but it's cacao powder, again add to favorite juice, smoothie, milk or foods in morning, it works really well.
      If you smoke pot though and have depression, try this, micro dose and wait 10- 15 mins before another dosage, so if in a pipe and your normally smoke 5 bowls, start with 1/2 a bowl and wait 10 - 15 mins then do another 1/2 bowl, for example, or if 1 joint is normal for you then try 1/4 of it, put it out and wait 15 mins, Rastas do this butting and relighting of joints :-)
      You will find the dose that keeps depression thoughts and symptoms away, the pot when you go over your dose will make depression almost ten times worse, a lot don't know this, and the dose for one could be 1/2 gram for the day and another person 5 grams, so it's hard to prescribe pot for depression and claim it works because of individual dosages are different and on a big scale, you see?
      Peace and Blessings

      Most studies are conducted using Moringa powder and not fresh leaves, so the benefits you're hearing about are from using the powder. I like to consume it every way possible: fresh, cooked, and dried, because each kind has its own benefits. Fresh has more vitamin C, cooked releases more vitamin A, and dried has anti-parasitic qualities.

    Make a very healthy dish out of it.
    In a pot or Dutch oven Saute garlic til light brown on avocado or grapeseed oil. then add sliced onion til wilted. Add your organic chicken and lots of thinly sliced ginger, and sliced green papaya if available. Add 4 tbsp fish sauce or 1 tbsp sea salt and 1/4 cup water. Stir, add freshly ground black pepper, cover the pot and simmer for about 2 minutes. Add 1.5-2L water and bring to boil. When boiling simmer for 20-30 minutes partially covered. Then add as much moringga(bokchoy if not available) leaves as you like. Simmer again for 5 minutes. Then enjoy eating with rice. Or add potatoes together with the moringga if you don't like rice.
