Here in Hawaii easy to grow moringga. We have plant in our backyard.

Very sad, I purchased 4 small bottles of Moringa Pills . Containing 20 pills each bottle, as I said I have consumed my 3rd bottle but no result, 3 days later I almost painted due to raising blood pressure. How can I trust this supplement when I still cannot put away with my BP/BS/ medication .

If you harvest them when they are really immature (like small green beans) you can eat the whole pod, just chop it up and put it in a sauce… they need to be smaller in diameter than a pencil… or they are too chewy/ stringy. Not sure if eating them really small is bad… hope not. I’ve only cooked them that was twice, never tried cooking bigger ones and scraping out the insides - will give it a go.

Hi i been eating dry moringa seeds on and off but i allways crack them out of the dryed dark shell and eat and chew up and swollow and it gives me a energy boost and i managed to get some moringa pods yesterday and i watched a simla way to cook them as you did but i took the seeds out to dry and i cooked the pod and i cooked them in distilled water and when the water heated up abit just about a bit less water as you had i added cane sugar and honey and oragano and abit of madras curry and i eat the middle bit like you did scraped out and threw away the skin thanks for your upload 👍

Drying in bunches like that is inviting mold into your finished product. Dehydrators are fairly cheap and you can be sure of a completely dry and mold free product. You might want to look into a finer mesh screen also..you will be able to pack about 500mg in your pills.

You need to sharpen those loppers. That was painful to see you try to cut a branch with them! Haha

I live in Globe AZ (winter time will below 30F & some snow.). After that over one year I will cut short and cover dry leaves and come back next Spring. Hope it will grow again again! Thanks again
