Moiz bhai, as usual a great recipe. Mein ney try kia tha 1 tea spoon papaya bhi dala, pani bhi jesa ap ney batay aisa hi dala,,,50 minute taqreeban cooking time raha,
But gosht dry aur hard tha,,,na tender na juicy,,what did I miss? 😕
try it giving dam for more than an hour and dont open the lid in between or soon after 1 hour. - just keep it to rest for 10mins after giving dam - then only open the lid

Hello Sara… follow this measure.. u get more masala.. ( 1kg chicken, 500 gms rice , 200gms curd, 1 full big lemon,one full table spoon chilli powder (10gms to 15gms), fried onion ( 2 to 3 big onion) . It is the curd and fried onion that gives you masala.. too much of fried onion also give sweet taste and u have to add right amount of chilli powder to it, else it will be tasteless.. ginger garlic is usually less than any other Briyani.. for This 5 garlic,5 same size cut 5 ginger enough.. this is measure of 1/2kg Briyani (500gms rice)

Did you add turmeric powder and saffron together with milk?? or which brand saffron you used in this video?? please share. One more thing, how much the quantity (in gram) would be for a bunch of coriander or mint leaves??
He used only saffron in hot milk, so that it leaves colour like in video, no turmeric used, and use approximate idea for coriander and mint leaves like 2 leafs for 1 mutton piece atleast...

Remove spoon
But in Hyderabad it's not cooked the way he cooked mutton. Mostly (kache gose biryani) is made in Hyderabad.

Thank you very much for the new video... I follow your previous video anytime Im making biryani and it comes out good... Its good that you have explained how to identify the rice when its cooking. Thats the part that is tough.. You have made some minor changes like adding mawa/ methi/ adding ghee at the end etc... Will try out these changes..

I saw some other videos that used methi in hyderabadi biryani ... Havent tried it yet but um thinking of using it,.. this recipe doesnt use star anise, my recipe has star anise, jaifal and jawatri too. Um so gonna try this one .. not using khoya though... But i thoroughly enjoyed the step by step process.
