    Oh man have I been there! I check myself daily. If people were a fly on the wall they would laugh and think I am crazy for talking to myself but it works! hahah Plus I always check myself and say "NO, words are power!" :) Gratitude gratitude

    I love the gratitude board and the cards! It’s a great way to show your appreciation for your coworkers as well as to stop and just take a minute to think about the things your thankful for!

    Love that gratitude board!! I have been meaning to start a gratitude journal...this might just give me that extra little push to actually stop the wishful thinking and do something concrete about it. Thanks for the great video.     I did a gratitude journal during a particularly tough year - it does help reset your mind. I think appreciation and gratitude can have a huge impact on yourself and others. Great video!

    I LOVE all these ideas Adriana! I'm going to incorporate some of these with my kids, too. We have positivity jars for each of my daughters to encourage them to speak positive thoughts to themselves and to each other. Love the idea of the positivity cards! Thanks for sharing!

    Yup... gratitude is SUCH a mood shifter and manifesting agent! Great video. I'm grateful for my life and how it all unfolds...     I actually wrote a gratitude journal about my wife for her birthday last year...9 months of daily entries. It was a beast to complete, but if any guys out there are looking for a way to win some points with the wife, this will work :)
