Beautifully explained thank you dear🙏 dzerqerut Talar 🙏just a side note try to stay away from Mazolla oil as it is not healthy. You can use avocado oil instead🌞 continue your grace and stay healthy🙏 I will use your recipe for the Easter 🙏 ♥️🙏
Hi ll am Lebanese used to live in berg hammood when is the feast of mar Sarkees they used to make halawet mar Sarkees do. You have an idea how to make them thanks in advance
I'm thinking about making this, but I'd have to half everything, I'd get sick of making five cups of flour worth of cookies hahaha I've been wanting to get into Middle Eastern and Caucasian cuisine, and haven't been sure what to do with the mahleb I got for Christmas.
5 cups of flour 2 tbls baking powder 1 tbls mahleb 1/2 cup of sugar 2 sticks of butter at room temperature (I used lurpak) 1/2 cup of milk 3/4 cup of oil (I used mozolla oil) 1 egg plus one egg white (save the yoke of the second egg to top off the biscuts with before tossing into oven) topp off with some white seasame seeds preheat oven to 350 F for 10-15 min depending on size of you discuts or just till they are golden brown
your explanation's are so easy to understand, thanks so much

Is it okay to use yeast instead of baking powder let me know please
Hello dear it will change the texture and become more fluffy rather then a bit crunchy but other then that I guess it shouldn’t be a problem 🥰
🥰🥰🌷🌺🌹
Hi Tania looks great. Could you please clarify the amount of butter?
Hello dear it’s equal to 16 tbls or in grams it would be 226grams
Everything looks good but would of been great if we could hear Armenian music during the video
