Ok, so the 1st time I listened to this piece, I was wearing Bluetooth earbuds. Wow! Bluetooth compression was killing all your production.
I re-listened on my proper monitors, HUGE difference! The production is well balanced. Nice flow with a few transients to shock you out of the trance. Nicely done and a big departure of style for you. Cheers!

Hey thanks so much for checking it out and sharing your experience with the track!
I'm sorry your bluetooth system's decimated the audio (likely) demasking the mix and introducing artifacts. I guess the limiting, youtube audio normalization and lossy codecs really add up on such a decrepit bluetooth system.
It would likely have additionally killed the audio/visual experience by also adding latency desynchronizing the reactive sound geometry from the graphics in the animation.
I'm glad you gave it a spin on a more robust sound system in the end and it was better sounding overall!
If you're ever curious to hear it again I can send you the non-normalized wave file of the track.
If you were ever looking for a project to kill some time I can send you the stems if you want to remix and master it yourself if that is something you're into.
It's true that in recent time a lot of my own musical work and session work has been largely focused to extreme metal/prog and fusion type of styles.
However, I've been writing and have about five or six songs recorded for a synthwave/fusion project that I'm slowly trying to find time to complete and release. This is a single from that body of work.
