For those asking, I did the whole 2-week shred program including the ab workout vid 😊 (it may not seem like it because I didn’t film the other vids) the schedule is on Chloe Ting’s website if you are interested - www.chloeting.com/program/2019/two-weeks-shred-challenge.html And I also didn’t go on any new diet at all ! I continued to eat normally as a vegetarian. Results are different and progress at varying rates for each person , even Chloe Ting said this herself. Thanks for all the support !!
Your results are so good! Congratulations!!! I am on my 11th day of 25 days challenge. Hopefully I will be able to get great results too. But at least hey we are not sitting all day during quarantine and doing something productive😅😂

hey! You! I did the workouts in the late afternoon / evening around 3pm-5pm , 3 hrs after I ate food so I could have energy to do the workouts:)

For those wondering what I ate during this challenge, I did not go on any diet at all and I continued to eat normally as a vegetarian. I mainly ate lots of vegetables, rice, pasta and stuff like that :) I reduced my sugar intake, I still ate sweet things but not as much as I usually would. And I also drank lots of water throughout the day :))

Riverdale Vixen that means ur form is off!! Try tucking ur tummy in to engage ur core (for eg when ur lying flat on the ground with ur knees bent, there’ll be a little space btwn ur lower back and the ground- tuck ur tummy in to make sure ur entire back is flat on the ground this is one way to engage ur core). Since ur core is weak and not engaged ur body is compensating by using more neck muscles. Don’t overstrain ur neck!! Hope this helps :)

i think i did one exersice wrong and i had to stop for 2 days cuz i was worry because i had a cirgury 2 years ago and sometimes when i do a wrong movement it hurts and i have trouble walking but... i started it again doing the low impact and it still great. just keep going guys!

Seira J. Loyard-Kertia i had the same problem! Having a proper diet is very hard when you live with your parents and they prepare the meals. What I did is that I tried to make the food I could control the healthiest possible, like my breakfast and my snacks. Hope this helps!

When you stay consistent with Chloe Ting videos, you do get better with it. Also, I haven't been dieting but I have been getting better at eating less portions (I used to overeat A LOT) and drinking water/green tea.
Chloe's workouts are worth it guys. I promise.

@@keennnneedy I didn't change my diet on purpose. I just felt less "hungry" after a few days doing the work outs🤷🏻♀️ I don't have an explanation of how that works but you will drink automatically more water bc these work outs will kick your ass😅

1. I LOVE how you said that you did not diet. I think that dieting actually makes weight-loss challenges harder for everyone because it just pulls out the truth that no one's body shape is perfect and everyone's metabolism is different.

It's depends on your body, i guess. I lost a lot of weight and fat in the first 4 days which was quite surprising but i haven't seen much progress on week 2 though hahah

@@teresaromeu502 you have to drink at least 2 lt of water every day and change your diet, if you eat sugar and high fat and carb food every day sadly it won't show at all, even if you exercise. I am speaking out of experience. :))

Don’t cry. It works a little differently for everyone. Just know that if you keep at it, you will develop abs. Trust me, trust the process. 6 days is too soon for a lot of people (I’m happy it worked for her and others), but get to the 2 week point, and you will see a change regardless of how drastic. And after 2 weeks are over, keep going with another routine. You will get a strong core and abs, I promise! Do everything right, and just work at it, I believe in you!!💪💪🔥🔥🔥
Most of these people, this girl included, are sucking in their stomachs to make it look like they had made huge progress. So don't worry too much, just keep going.

Guys. I'm not saying this to put her down or anyone else because she does look amazing!! The thing is that in the "Before" photo she is in her room with not the best lighting. In the "After" photo, she is in a room where the lights are turned off with a bright big window or two. All she had to do is get the right angles with posing and boom, she is wayyy more toned than before, including the darkening of her skin that's "tan". I'm telling you all this because I'm tired of people showing the before and after results from not in the same place and making the results so drastic when it's not in reality. I know this as I also, workout very regularly for a couple years now and it's hard to get that toned without the perfect window lighting. Just to let you all know that social media is super toxic and fake and shouldn't compare yourselves to something so unrealistic in the end of the day. You are beautiful and incredibly perfect just the way you are!!! You deserve to be happy and don't need to change anything about yourselves. FYI: For those who don't know, doing the same exact workouts all the time doesn't work for everyone. So don't give up if it's not working! Just try new things:)

I hate that. I really really really REALLY hate that.
I hate it but at the same time i could really feel the burn in my stomach whenever i do it. What I do is scream when I feel the pain on my stomach and legs and keep pushing further.

Everyone on these challenges are literally puffing outs their stomachs so it can look bigger so that their final video looks more “dramatic”

I'd say these challenges are designed for people like that, to get them in a routine and get them to start working out. I doubt anyone expects anyone who's really into working out and hitting the gym would enjoy these videos.
PlumDutchess you’re right, i use to go to the gym everyday before corona, so i stop working out, I find this workouts really easy and I didn’t see any results, so i star doing more exercises and not just the chleo routine
So if I do this workout everyday it will stop working ?
Cia.babyy idk I’ve been doing her workouts on and off for two years and they always work im already skinny but I notice when I do her workouts my abs start to show after a couple days and my butt is more toned after some weeks

goat goat i didn’t measure myself until the very end. i could feel my stomach getting harder & toned by like day 8 tho. you might not be able to seee the change but it’s good to measure urself so u can track if there actually is any change
