    Hi! I hope everyone has been well~ Just wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone for all views and lovely support 💜 I would've never imagined this to receive 1M views but most of all, it's fulfilling to see so many of you guys be inspired by my video!
    To answer some *frequently asked questions* :
    *1. What did you eat/did you diet?*
    I ate what I would normally eat (typical chinese food 🍚 i.e. rice with meat, veggies, seafood) and even takeaway foods that weren't particularly "healthy" but I just tried to *limit my portions*. It was hard though because my mum kept feeding my since she saw me working out so much hahaha
    *2. Which exercises did you do?*
    Some people misunderstood that I only did her abs video but I followed her 2 weeks shred program which involves *several videos* in each day. You can find them on her website or I've linked it in my desc~
    *3. I don't see any progress yet, what do I do?*
    Everyone is different so it may take longer for some but for me, I started seeing results in the second week! Just keep going and remember to keep putting strength in your core when you exercise to get the most out of it 😊

      I used to feel the same when I was 14-17. Now I'm 23 and I look back and think that being ashamed of working out is not healthy. You are doing something to be healthier and happier. Be proud! And good luck!!!

    For Everyone saying they didn’t see results:
    1- engage your muscles (try squeezing them a bit)
    2- check if your form is correct
    3- do your best to not take breaks
    4- you have to eat as healthy as you can to actually build and see muscles ( 80% healthy diet 20% whatever you want )
    5- drink tons of water
    I’m on day 5 of her shred challenge and I’m already seeing result 🥰

      I don't hide it bcuz my family wants me to lose weight too,my grandma said when she was in my age she said that her weight is just 46kg , and me 52 kg 😞😒 I'm 1.67 and I'm 52kilors 😞😞i'm fat on my thighs and my abs 😣

    REMEMBER everybody’s body is different, and culture thing is also different. Every country has a totally different diet. So don’t give up in the week two, keep working.

      @@kazuzart1582 I think they meant to say different lifestyles in different countries cause that’s definitely true :) Even depends on the city you live in, some cities are walkable cities so you unknowingly get more exercise. Stuff like that, I guess. There’s a lot of factors in everyone’s weight loss journeys, so don’t compare your process/results to others ❤

    For those that still can’t find results it’s because every body is different. You won’t get abs in 2 weeks unless u already have the shape and this will help tone it. But it will definitely work just double the workout remember every body is different and every body takes time to adjust to the workout. Don’t just give up after a few days! KEEP GOING let’s let this quarantine be our Glow Up time 😤

      Do yoga...it won't lead to abs but strengthen the body as well as burn fat...I did w months yoga and my body started changing .....

    At first I felt shy to do it in front of my parents but one day I was about to give up because I was a little exhausted but then my mom walked in when I saw her I felt motivated and pumped and completed my workout I did not wanted her to see me giving up. It really helped me.
    So if ever someone walks in I feel happy about it.

    Guys so if you have belly fat, i suggest losing that first then start the 2 week shred, because doing ab workouts does make u lose a bit of belly fat but mostly tones your stomach (im sure about that) so i dont think you'll get the exact result you want but that's just my opinion.

      Suga kookie I think cardio would work the best. I just watched a ab video today from a guy for women (I looked, I can’t find it yet, it was about what you might be doing wrong ladies) but he recommended if u have a jump rope u do 6-8 reps of: 30 seconds jumping rope at a normal-slow speed. one foot at a time (or two if more beginner), 30 seconds of jumping rope at ur fastest speed, then 30 seconds rest. Eventually if u could shorten the break time to 15 seconds or/and increase the reps to 8-10. Then you’ll be at a more expert level. I’m pretty sure cardio gets rid of fat the fastest.. that is what makes chloe’s videos a bit more effective at showing results; bc she ads cardio in with her muscle building workouts. .. maybe if we did 2 weeks of the jump rope training then did the shred video the results would come out more towards what we’re hoping. ✨

    I’m on day 6 of her 2 week shred. I’m not really seeing results so far, but I’m hoping I have some results by the end of the second week. But I don’t really expect to get abs in 2 weeks because I feel like whenever I eat I gain weight pretty easy. But I’m hoping I’ll se progress.
    Edit: if anyone cares, I finished it today and I ended up seeing some results. They weren’t huge results and I’m not toned, but my stomach is flatter then before.

      @@ameliacarpet5431 you might not be moving enough? Try to get at least 5000 to 10,000 steps per day along with the workout. I know it seems like a lot, but once you start walking, it really doesn't feel like it.

    For anyone who is saying they’re not seeing results, try to remember that everyone’s body is different and may need more time or an extra push.
    ~Try eating healthier choices or smaller portions of food.
    ~Drink lots of water throughout the day to help with any bloating.
    ~Keep your form and keep your core really tight when doing the workouts. Squeeze it!! When your doing any ab workouts my PT would tell me to breath out when your core is tightening and breath in when it’s not. (For ex. If you’re doing a crunch, when going into the crunch do it slowly and exhale, then go back quickly and inhale. Always go slowly and exhale when going into the exercise and hold it a sec and then go back quickly into the first position, this really gets the core) never hold your breath! You have to breathe, it’s so important! And this goes for everything!
    ~Also remember that weight plays a big role, you don’t need to weigh yourself but if you have too much excess fat stored like I did, then you gotta do cardio for 30mins or more after, it sucks I know but if you got a treadmill or something or even do “the fitness Marshall” workouts those will go back fast. My PT always yelled at me for not doing cardio. I suggest after the other workouts bc if u do it before your energy might really be done for. Or even do it later if you need to. I walk on my treadmill for 30mins at 2.8 speed and inclined a bit. But I hate it so dancing is more fun.
    Also important, after any workout your body has torn all of it’s muscles up (that’s why they hurt) so try to get some protein in right after to help rebuild them. And also if you want, do the workout in the morning before eating, I was taught that it’s a prime time also.
    I hope this helps some of you guys. I’m in no way fit anymore, but I’m doing this challenge too and it’s been 3 days and I already see a difference. But my PT from when i was fit taught me so much.
    And I hope this challenge motivates people to continue the path and not just stop after the two weeks. Keep it going continuously to see even better results and keep them! Stay safe everything!

    I’m on my day 3 buut I before I start the shred challenge, I did one week of her 2 weeks abs. It’s kinda easier to do the exercises rn :)

      If you don't want abs but feel that you need a flat belly, try the 2 week shred, it breaks down the fats faster than these workouts do. But you got this girl!!!!!!! Edit: heh, just ignore everything I said. You got this girllllll! I believe in youuuuu

      First and foremost you should check the BMI, enter your height and weight and see if you are underweight/normal/overweight. Though I suppose if you say you wanna go down to 50 kilos you probably are the latter? It'll take time, but if you are consistent and determined, you might as well see results quicker than others.
      I'm 167cm tall and started the 2-week abs shred about three weeks ago, I'm now doing the flat tummy challenge and I've lost over 2 kilos (my weight at the beginning being about 68kilos). I want to lose two more or even three. Start small, end big? See how it goes and make adjustments so that you won't strain yourself too much, no need for that.

    Whoever is shy and hesitated to show your working out in front of your family DONT. We don't know how happy they are seeing us doing this than just laying down during this quarantine. Every time I finished my workout and saw me sweating "that's good" even my father is saying that to me. Let's all workout and feel healthy and stronger after 💪🏼😊

      Try something more high intensity (Emi Wong's workout is a good way to start since she's got longer rest times), eat healthier, drink plenty of water and be more active (walk a lot, stand up more, etc if possible).

    I just completed my day 4. I've been working out at the same place every day and there are those 2 ants, I don't know how and why but they come and hang around on my mat and just stand near my feet whenever I stop. It's really hard to look after them while working out. 😂😂😂 I just hope I don't crush them while working out.

    I highly reccommend you to find a workout buddy if you lack motivation. I call best friend on Zoom everyday and we workout together. I have never been more excited to workout in my life!
    Also, you look great. After only 2 weeks the change in your body is very evident! Congrats

    I’m on day 7 and I can say that I see a bit of difference, obv I still don’t have abs, but my waist got smaller and my stomach got a bit more toned. I’m on the intermittent fast and doing other workouts for legs and arms too. At first it was hard because I’m a couch potato but after a couple of days i got used to it.

    On day 6 feel like death😅I never had a problem doing the workouts its eating healthy that I always had problems with. This time I'm also doing 6-18 intermittent fasting while eating cleaner what's been keeping me going is I really want to see that change after all the hard work and dedication I've put into working out.     Hey I'm 16 y/o and honestly, I would recommend this program to everyone! I tried this too, I started with a super bloated stomach, the more I do the exercise I noticed progress and have toned stomach and less fat compared to before but what's the saddest part because I only made it to the 8th day because I don't feel motivated anymore, I did the seven days bec. I always watch chloe ting's results like this vid. and feel motivated to do the workout and when I stop, boOm! And now, watching another video like this made me super guilty and want to do it again😂🙂 just please guys keep me motivated🙁✊

      I used to have trouble with the up and down plank, I wasn’t able to do more than 4-5 up and down. But I didn’t gave up and now I do it easily. Keep going !

      That was my problem before. I didnt full engage my abs when working out so I ended up getting little-to-no progress. Mind-muscle connection is the key!!! And also eat clean!! You go girl!!!! 💪💅

      It was during a holiday but I ate the same amount as I did before with occasional sweets. I didn't do any diets because I think I already eat healthily normally. I was even more active at the time because I needed to work (yeah during holiday).

    chloe ting's abs workout is amazing! my only problem is that my breaks between every exercise is longer than she told to be, so my results are showing slower lol but I enjoy the workout anyways and I know the results will come soon, I'll try to take less breaks 😊

      @@betterthanyou3465 i wouldn't recommend that, ik it's a bit late but her shred challenge also works your legs and upper body, and if you workout too much from the beginning you'll get burnt out way too fast, take it slow and focus on ur diet good luck
