well, normally you are not be able to replace CPU only because of CPU embedded with MB except you are Circuit Maintenance Engineer

This is replaced new system board, Yes you can upgrade ram as well as M.2 SSD HD coz there is one M.2 Slot on board, it will works, dont worry.

No, Probably not a possible, becuase of this KB was embbeded on the bottom up cover, except you have change all backlit KB bottom cover.
