At first it was impossible for me, not sure if it will work for you…. Make sure that your time, date, and internet connection is connected to the car. As soon as I had it connected, I got one more engine oil notification (total of 2) asking me to go to my nearest Toyota dealership. Then afterwards, I followed this video and it worked for me.

I’ve got a 2020 Supra. Tried reset got to reset screen indicated not possible. Any idea why?? Thanks Nebraska Mike

Your going to have to get a reset tool if the method thru the instrument cluster doesn’t work.
