I don't know this young lady but I am proud of her too. God is especially proud of her for sharing the Gospel on her Graduation day, she could have said anything else, but she chose to talk about Jesus. That is so awesome! I know all of Heaven rejoiced that day, especially her Mom! Many people will come to Jesus Christ through her testimony & sharing the Gospel. She's amazing! ✝️🎓⭐️

I am a mother and a Sunday school teacher. The speech that I have heard today has encouraged me personally so I put it in my car while I was driving the kids to school. My daughter who is a teenager got so encouraged too by Lydia. Especially that she's going to high school and she has a lot of fear about losing her faith. What you did, is great and because it's a from the heart it is so touching.
"So everyone who acknowledges me before men, I also will acknowledge before my Father who is in heaven; but whoever denies me before men, I also will deny before my Father who is in heaven" (Matthew 10:32-33 RSV).

I watched my mom died of suicide in July 2020 and I was raised to be a Christian but I chose to do it to earn the love and loyalty of my mother and she kind of showed me what not to do and how not to behave, but when I realized a couple years later why I was a believer before, it helped me grow and strengthen my relationship with Christ, and now my faith is stronger than it ever has been in my life. My sister, on the other hand went down the opposite Road She is now deep deep in the party scene and walked away from her faith because of what she felt was taken from her. I pray for her every day. And I think it’s amazing how open we should all be about our faith, and I don’t care what the world says, and I don’t care if they hate us or even hurt us for our beliefs we may not always win the battle, but if we keep our faith in Christ, we will survive and win the war.

God bless you for being so frank about your families shock. So sad to lose a loved one, especially when it is a parent. How your faith must have been rocked, I am glad that you wish to live for the Lord and not give in. Keep going Christian soldier in Christ. If your sister was brought up in the faith, she may return to it in time. Some grieve their own way by letting off steam?
