  • Pattern Tracing is the quickest way to get started drafting patterns in CLO3D. Any scale drawing of a pattern can be used for tracing, including historical pattern diagrams and the cutting layouts found on the back of commercial patterns.
    This is Lesson 1 in a series designed to teach the digital pattern drafting software CLO3D to students and professionals who already have a background in theatrical pattern drafting.

    Hi Dressmaker. Thanks for your very clear videos. How do I select and reposition the background image? I am unable to select it

    • @digitaldressmaker
      @digitaldressmaker  ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hello! If you have already clicked "Ok" to set the background image then you need to right click > Format 2D Background to activate it again for repositioning.

    Well explained about content but didn't find detail about Sleeve and Armhole co-ordination. How is the sleeve cap in sleeve drafted according to armhole shape of bodice with regard to both shape and size. I measn how to draw the Sleeve Cap and Armhole so that the "shape & size of Sleeve cap" exactly matches with "shape & size of Armhole".I have been watching so many videos to understand this but couldn't find this detail explained anywhere. Plz explain through another new video where you can draw the Armhole in bodice and a Sleeve cap in sleeve and show how the shape and size can be matched. IT will be very helpful to understand if you can make a video to exclusively explain it.

      That is a great idea for a video! I will add it my list. In the meantime, if you would like specific guidance on sleeve/armscye relationships then I am happy to explain in a private lesson via my Patreon.
