      That would relate to the driver for the printer you are using. Most printers have the option to tile the printouts, but this is not something that can be set up in CLO.

    Can you show how to export to pdf with grade sizes nested/stacked? This would make printing pattern sizes so much easier.

    Please set up something to re size it into A4 format 😢 it’s super time consuming to re scale every pattern.. No one has a plotter at home :(

    • @CLO3D
      @CLO3D  ปีที่แล้ว +12

      Hi Matteo. You can already resize to A4 in CLO. When you are in Print Layout Mode and Click on the 2D Snapshot a pop up will open. On the Left side of the pop up is size. The first option down is Preset, if you click on the drop down menu you can change from 1:1 to A4 as well as several other standard home printer paper sizes. :)

    I am printing pattern pieces on a Kornit Fabric printer and need the image on the pattern pc to extend to the edge of the seam allowance, how do I do that in Clo3D? Right now my seam allowances are printing white which makes it extremely difficult to sew and not show the white of the seam allowance if the sewing is not perfect.

    • @CLO3D
      @CLO3D  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi CLO can export for PLT machines, but not for fabric machines. So depending on how you are exporting you may need to edit the layout in a program like Ai or Ps to change the line colors

    hello, i did exactly the same what you showed but there are borders on the printed a4 papers. and as you can accept it's not good... when i want to make papers stick with adhesive tape pattern will be wrong because of the margins between papers. you can say that i can crop that margins with a scissors but it's not gonna 100% perfect cutted... can you please help me about this issue. i do everything alright but when i get the print it's so awful. and as i searched about, there is no feature about printing posters without borders.

    • @CLO3D
      @CLO3D  ปีที่แล้ว

      Hi. Most printers cannot print all the way to the edge and this is something you will need to work through. You can look into Table Paper cutters which will be more accurate or bring the patterns first into Ai or Ps and add cutting borders, but for most home printers you will need to get creative. Otherwise you can look into anyshops in your local area that may have large scale printers for printing

    • @CLO3D
      @CLO3D  2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

      You can set the width to any size in CLO. Then after exporting from CLO and you go to print you set the paper size. Since most pattern pieces will not fully fit on A4 you will have to cut and tape the pattern together

    I selected the patterns that I wanted printed however, when I hit export, it exports every pattern that I’ve created instead of the few that I chose what do I do?

    • @CLO3D

      Currently you can only print everything. So if you only want to export a selected few pattern pieces you will need to delete the extra pieces. Ideally do a Save As first so you have just a print version
