  • Long ballerina Neck and Arms exercises includes a series of exercises to improve Neck and upper back posture. With Neck, Arms and upper body stretching we will relieve the tension, bring more oxygen to our brain which will make us feel more focused and awake.
    Relieving tension from our upper back, Neck and Arms we will make sure that all our muscles work and let’s us stand taller at all times. Bad posture, habits of slouching and looking at our phone or computer places tension in places of our upper body, making us feel tired, cranky and sore.

    I'm not a ballet dancer or a dancer, but Imma follow your work out even if it seems for ballerinas since I find them elegant to move (tho I admit It's not that easy😂).       Please love your body as it is, you are perfect that way. Your arms are the right size, these exercises are for a good posture, if you have long arms but your other parts aren't the same length it's probably because you have bad posture.

      Actually u can elongate ur neck cz I hv tried some mild exercises nd even those wrkd fr me. U knw if u believe nd maintain consistently. U will achieve it.

      Lazy Dancer Tips During the last exercise when I lifted my leg and brought my right arm behind me, I noticed this dull uncomfortable feeling. I get it sometimes when I'm wearing a purse that's kind of heavy. It feels a bit like a pressure point being pressed. It doesn't always happen--is this just me being out of shape? Lol

    can you please make a video ONLY FOR NECK exercises for the lines that appear on the neck bcoz of weight gain? I wanna remove those lines but this is more arms than neck exercise for me.
