Buy impact sockets. They last longer even the harbor freight stuff. ❤
Minus the snapped socket clip. Everything else used was an impact socket.

What brands or part name do recommend fron on line or store 🤔???thanks by the way nice job 👍 👏
If you can wait for delivery, you can get name brand from rockauto for cheaper than a dealership or parts store. AC Delco
Timken
Is this te same thing on the torque spec for the 13 yukon denali its a 2wd also
im not sure. im sure you can find a chart online with different years and their respective torque
Hows it holding up..i was thinking timkin
from post date of the video up till now, i havent heard any bad feedback from the owner. so im assuming goid lol
Timken are the best choice
What brand was that brocken socket?
dewalt
@@hyr0llr Thx for reply.
What does it mean when you speak on how much torque and ftpounds?
how tight the manufacture requires the bolt/nuts to be.
Those all need to be super tight as you wouldn’t want them to loosenup, use some blue loctite on the threads for extra measure
I have an 01 with 2WD, this should pretty much be exactly the same right?
Yes it should be
Unless you live where there is snow and salt in the winter, then add a day for driving the old one off
How did you Jack up your car?

Similar to this bit i used thr control arm mount
THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THIS
No problem. Hope your repair goes smooth.
Which is better oem or Mevotech TTX ?
I dont have any experience with mevotech. So i have no feedback. But cant go wrong with oem
@@hyr0llr thanks very much i think to buy Acdelco gold series
Mevotech looks good I was gonna order those for mine, but in the end I decided the actual bearings were probably superior on the Timken brand
Californian hub bearing fell off itself 😅
Indeed, was a real biotch to get mine off they were rust welded
I always put anti seize on the hub and the holes on the rotor. That way it doesn’t rust together. Especially the dust shield and the back of the bearing.❤
Suburban, Silverado too...
Yes sirr.
