    There is bigger battery with the same weight. They made some great design choices.
    Dimensions II: 76.20 x 54.40 x 4.60mm 80g
    Dimensions III: 74.30 x 60.00 x 5.36mm 80g
    I wish they would desing "compact" with dimensions of ~147x63x9.3mm. Screen would be as wide as XZ1c, but longer.
    Battery would be 67.3 x 55 x 6.2mm or 67.3 x 55 x 6.36mm, so 4300mAh or 4400mAh.
    Give it even snapdragon 480 (great performance, check up tests) and I will be happy.

      So they went 153 × 67 × 8,3 mm with 10 IV = volume 85 083.3mm^3
      My proposition was close, but better 147 x 63 x 9.3mm = 86 127,3mm^3
      This 1,044 cm^3 should be stereo speakers...
      But there is xperia ace III with S480 and 140.00 x 69.00 x 8.90 mm = 85 974mm^3
      It is perfect for me, but again no stereo, and I prefer more height, than width. IPS screen is great, because it do what needs to be done and is cheap to replace + last longer and probably use less power on full brightness.
      Xperia Ace IV probably will get a new Snapdragon 4 gen 1, which is basically the old S695, with 200mhz less on a78, and 100mhz more with a55.
      If there will be 720p IPS screen, stereo then it is must buy for me.
      But if rummors are true, then it will get 1080p OLED and 21:9... Then the only way for 10 V to be different is to have stereo speakers, when ace IV not.

      Sadly the pull-tabs dont work. People with no much skill and impatient people easily can destroy the battery by shortening it. Or much worse. Pull-tabs are the worst.

    If you can, please do a video about 10 IV. It is probably the right phone for me... finally, despite weak speakers. I would like to know, if its design inside is logical and maintenance friendly. I would like to see clear shoot of battery spec, but I will try to google it.
    If bigger battery is made by a higher voltage, then to hell with it... I will renew my xz1c then.

    Im sure those sub-boards are made by the same company for multiple manufacturers. They all look pretty similar and have the same markings.

    Where is the lcd panel located? I’m looking to try and repair my old phone which has a damaged lcd panel. I don’t wanna send it into repairs because I kinda wanna do it myself to try and get better. Thanks

    3:16 - thats what i say ALL THE TIME. Companies like Sony give you the middlefinger and say: f*ck you and buy a new phone - instead of replacing the battery.

    This phone should not have a glass back. Any phones that does not have wireless charging shouldn't have glass back.

    Great video!!A quick question...is the mid frame replaceable?Ty

    • @PBKreviews
      @PBKreviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Thanks! Yes its replaceable, you would just need to take apart the entire phone and remove all the parts and move it over to a replacement mid frame.

    Was mostly interested in the front glass replacement, there is a thick layer of glass protecting the lcd screen, dropped an iron plate on the phone, cracked the front glass. But the scree works perfectly.

    • @PBKreviews
      @PBKreviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The glass is fused with the screen, so replacing just the glass is not possible by the end user, you would need to replace the screen.

    When using isopropyl alcohol, can it be used even if it is 50% pure?

    • @PBKreviews
      @PBKreviews  4 หลายเดือนก่อน

      yeah but higher percentage is better for it to work well and dry quick as to not cause any damage to any components if it gets somewhere and stays there when you power on the phone again.

      I don't really see that much of a similarity to the Nexus 5.

    • @PBKreviews
      @PBKreviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Depends on which price you are referring to. There are many prices all over the internet and stores. I think anywhere between $400-450 USD is a good price for this device at the moment.

    How easy is headphone jack removal?

    • @PBKreviews
      @PBKreviews  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      It's not too difficult but it requires removing the main board and heating up the area around the charger port a bit to loosen the adhesive underneath the flex cable and gently pry it off the frame.
