- The Super Stock looks to be an end of an era from Dodge and MOPAR. Under the hood is a 6.2L supercharged Hemi that is producing 807HP on pump gas and is mated to an 8-speed automatic. On the exterior you get the 18in forged wheels with Nitto Drag radials from the mighty Demon, red Brembo calipers and special SRT trunk lid spoiler. On the inside you will find leather & Alcantara seating, 8.4in infotainment system, and plenty of room. Is it NOW or NEVER to buy a 2022 Dodge Challenger SRT Super Stock?

Yes Joe. I retired in December 2002 from the CA Highway Patrol. 22 years of "on throttle" whenever and wherever I wanted. The 1991 Camaro RS/SS black and white was the best patrol car I had ever put through its paces. Now, thanks to you and Lori, I have made my decision. I am ordering a 2022 Dodge Challenger Scat Pack Wide Body in Go Mango with Shaker option and premium black leather interior. Sunroof, why not. I will be 69 on November 23rd. I retired from CHP 20 years ago. I think I deserve a brand new Scat Pack Shaker 6 speed manual. All because of you and Lori's excellent review. Thanks man.

Mitchel i own a 2021 scatt pack i never look back, my octain red gets many looks, even police officers stare at me coming, Ive had fun an chased many cars up an down nj an keep up with most..Its super fun lol.. Only a suv believe it or not be me out, i couldnt keep up not sure what type of suv it was lol. Was in shock though..
The superstock is insane🤯6.2L Supercgarged V8 pushing 807HP, can’t beat that!

The demon is still a special car. HP aside . Their all individually serial numbered And there was a finite amount made there still worth more.
Looks like the Dodge boys focused on performance and not the little things that would make it unique. I’d rather go Hellcat or ScatPack for a daily driver. Thanks for sharing it Joe and good job Lori!! 👍🏻👍🏻🇺🇸

THAT COLOR IS AMAZING!!! The Challenger Hellcat wide body family is hands-down the best looking retro-aggressive muscle car in modern times, in my opinion.

Did it stop him from running 8 second 1/4 miles? Could it be possible that TOMORROW when he races Donkmaster that he'll be in the 7's? We'll see.
That said, we know they make modified splitters which extend the splitter out creating more down force. You'll have to explain using science and evidence, not emotions and hysteria, that a splitter guard - which extends the splitter by a centimeter or near that, won't IMPROVE down force. PROVE IT. I'm not saying it will or won't - I actually believe it doesn't make one flip of a difference. But YOU SAID it "actually disrupts airflow" without stating how or why. Go ahead, prove it. I have been waiting 4 months for my '21 SS to be built. At this rate I was thinking of canceling it and ordering a '22, but I think I will wait. The Granite was one of my top 3 choices.

Man, that's beautiful. Perfect color and everything. I know it's just reflective glowing, but that violet blue in the headlight area of the front end would be cool if it was actually on the car in the air flow scoops in the hood and the headlight area. I'll give you $70,000 cash right now for it.

No definitely no. The Widebody is a game changer and should not only be available for the Redeye or Superstock. Instead why not add different features, external, to both trims to make them stand out more such as perhaps a different wing? Different emblem? Something that doesn’t make it look like your Hellcat or Redeye.

Had an RT Charger on order. It took too long so I cancelled it and got a Stinger instead. So glad I did...nothing special about Challengers/Chargers anymore; everyone and their dog has one. Built for basically one thing only; hard to launch, as heavy as a boat and boring design in need of a redesign inside and out
Would like to get a Stinger myself but I have a few issues with it. 1 I hate the fact it didn't come with a 6 speed option. 2 50k is a lot to ask for a Kia. 3 not sure about the reliability of the twin turbo 6.

@@AKAT1980 for that 50k you get everything a bmw mercedes or audi doesnt come standard with. Its the best bargain Grand Touring sedan imo. As for a manual, its a grand touring car....not a race car. Ppl complaining about manuals get annoying as these arent the type of car for a stick shift; these arent race cars. Never heard of any issues with turbos from anyone in the stinger groups and they had them from the start. Take care of the car and 0 issues.

If I had the choice between the Red Eye and the SS id go for the Red Eye because it has a stiffer suspension and bigger brakes. Still, the SS is a rarer car and perfect for someone who wants to put it up and sit on it.

Beautiful car only thing I would change is the tail lights make them one connected light like the Durango and chargers
