    Mongo decide to lose weight.
    To much stress, tired of being overweight
    As usual Mongo follow the KIS method - Keep It Simple.
    CONSULT with your doctor before doing anything.
    Mongo don't have doctor...
    WHAT MONGO DO :
    Exercise every day! - No matter what, Mongo do some form of exercise, every day.
    Food Log - track all the food you eat, every day. It important to see what food you eat and how much of it you eat. Then it easier to make changes.
    DIET RULES :
    EAT Healthy foods, simple ingredients, LOTS of fresh fruits and vegetables. More home cooked meals, mix and match chicken, fish, rice, beans, carrots, onion, oats, wheat, potato, yam, asparagus, cucumber, beats, oranges, grapefruit, pineapple, apples, bananas, (no salt nuts/seeds) Almonds, cashews, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, chia seeds, herbal tea caffeine free, etc...
    NO - Smoking/vaping
    NO - Alcohol
    NO - Caffeine
    NO - Red meat
    NO - Fake Sugar
    NO - Excess processed sugar - 20g/day MAX
    NO - Excess sodium - 500mg/meal
    NO - Candy
    Make sure foods have SMALL and SIMPLE ingredient list.
    Sugar and Salt are preservatives - excess amounts are poison to the body and heavily contribute to most the health issues people have (physical and mental).
    Any form and amount of FAKE sugar or heavily processed sugar (invert sugar) is EXTREMELY POISONUS and only causes health issues. DO NOT CONSUME.
    STRESS:
    Stress puts lots of pressure on the mind and body. Stress comes from making things more important then they are. Mongo Wifey new Mongo was way to stressed out.
    Mongo get a book on CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) read book, do exercises.
    Mongo listen to Tony Robbins tapes, and do exercises.
    Both of these help Mongo TONS to reduce stress and get better understanding of mental side of life in general. Mongo highly recommend Tony Robbins tapes! He do good job of making things simple to understand and quickly get to core of issues, so you can make changes and grow.
    THE TRUTH IS... To lose weight you need 2 things.
    1. Proper Exercise
    Something to increase the heart rate for 30 minutes minimum.
    NOTE: As you get stronger your body will need MORE. More weight, more run time, more resistance etc... The body will build a tolerance to exercise and it will need more/new challenges to get better. Like old saying - "The only way to get smarter is by playing a smarter opponent." Fundamentals of chess 1883. Only way the body gets better is by continuing to give it a better challenge. This is why people hit a plateau and get stuck. NEED better challenge for the body. NEVER STOP
    2. Proper HEALTHY diet
    Diet is not bad word. Just a word that describes a persons eating habits.
    NO ANCIENT SECRET!
    Its an un-secret... like an un-birthday
    Those 2 things have always been the key.
    They have also always been the things that makes it happen.
    MONGO PROVE IT!
