Now y’all. If the man, who has owned multiple Lamborghinis with enough speed to give you a hernia, can love and enjoy this car...you can too.
It's not the best bang for your buck performance wise, but it is one of the most high tech standout sports cars on the market. There isn't really a sports car that compares to it or offers the best of both worlds in both performance and efficiency. Love this car!

For a video idea could you go to an exotic dealer and have them walk you through the process of building a custom vehicle? As far as showing you the materials, color options, fiber treatments, ect? You did something similar in the Lamborghini booth in Geneva just wanted to see the dealer present similar information.

I love mine too man. Daily drive it then Huracan for the rest of the days. One big thing I like about it is you don't have to charge it AT ALL which most people do not know. I love how it charges itself while you drive & super charges itself while in sport mode. The only things I would love to see improved on are just like you said...if not bigger batteries than just better preforming ones. I wish the all electric mode lasted longer than 12 miles as that does not really get you to much. Im sure as technology gets better they will come out with same weight or lighter even batteries which can hold even more / last longer with the juice. 40+ miles would be awesome.
I also used to wish for a bigger engine / more power but not anymore since it's already fast enough really for a daily driver & then we have bigger toys if we want super power & speed. One other big thing I like is the heads up display. Not only does it show the speed & speed limit your in but you can program it to show your navigation directions & music list on your phone so you can scroll through & select songs without taking your eyes off the road & all kinds of info.
Also I like the blue light up in the dark as well but thought i'd tell you! Don't let them do the new update on it or else for some reason you lose the blue light when you unlock the car in dark spaces. Its some kind of bug all the owners are complaining about on the forums as well.
Did they fix that issue

I do think the future of the automobile industry is here. Tesla came out with the Model 3 and has revolutionized the industry. Electric cars have always been very expensive and that is one of the reasons why so many people couldn't own one. In 2018, you will be able to choose a gasoline car or an electric car for the same price. Curiosity and objective decisions will make people choose electric cars as a better option. The i8, however, it is on its own category. Beautiful car, Docta!

+BCJDM At the moment, Tesla doesn't offer good styling for their automobiles + they've already recalled the Model X model! Maybe that's way he doesn't own one. At the moment the i8 it's unique on the market.
Ovidiu Daniluc Styling is subjective. The i8 is unique but so is Tesla, plus im sure the right model S would probably be faster than the i8 as well.
+BCJDM I'm assuming it's because its a beta product. Sure it gets constant updates OTA, but the luxury inside isn't that great. A P90D costs the same as a new S Class, yet no cooled seats? It is missing tiny little things that you should expect standard in a 130k car

the bmw i8m(Mi8 or i8 m-sport) would be something insane like an n54(335i engine) instead of the mini engine and would probably make like 650+ hp and have some other crazy features. I cant wait to see what they come out with though .

What a lovely Lambo i8 haha :D. The sound is just awesome inside and the doors are literally the best looking of all cars with this kind of doors! It would be insane if I someday get to drive one! Nice video :)

I'd really like to see bmw make a high performance i8. You were talking about maybe an i8///M but maybe a little bit more, like a laferrari approach. Very Very high intensity sports car. Throw an E60 V10 in it and a turbo. Just my two cents.

Awesome video. Somehow my dream cars are all german: AMG GTS/SLS , R8, and i8. I'd like to see the seat belt colours on the i8 a bit different tbh. I think they could have maybe been a bit more creative with the colours placed on it. I can't think of much else tbh. It's an incredible car.
