I just found this! Bless you. These are great! I’ve made and the only thing is do different is that I take off the skin. Where I live they spray the mushrooms with pesticides. So I remove the skin. And wash carefully. I used fine ground Hala lamb. It is amazing. Very happy! Bless you.🙏🏻❤️💕

Delish! I always cut up the stems to add to the stuffing mixture and add a splash of Creme Sherry to the mixture while cooking, imparts a wonderful slightly sweet taste!! The best!!

Thank you so much for your sweet encouraging comment, I love cooking more than I can say, I've loved it ever since I can remember...all my recipes are my own, some cooks inspire me, but my love for cooking comes from within I get so excited when I'm gonna prepare a dish. I could spend the whole day cooking and creating, but I am my worst critic and always find fault with my cooking, but my Ron keeps me focused and is my strength. I appreciate all kinds of food and can shift from mexican to chinese to Italian etc...I love to eat and I love to experiment with spices and seasonings, I am the happiest when I'm in the kitchen. I made these for Thanksgiving and they were delicious, I didn’t have Monterey Jack so I just used Parmesan and it is amazing. Great Italian flavor.
