'19 SEMA SCT Performance Build: 2019 Ford Ranger Circuit Truck

- SCT has used the 2019 Ford Ranger to build the perfect track and street machine. We have lowered and widened the stance, using a custom 3 link suspension system in the rear created by our friends at Control Freak Suspensions and new front control arms to convert the parts for the Vi-King Performance coil-over system. Dropping in the Levels Performance Intercooler. Widening the body is completed by an AirDesign full body kit to give the truck a meaner stance and appeal. Of course, no build from us would be complete without a tune to boost the horsepower and drivability. That is handled by our top in-house calibrators using Advantage 3 and X4 Performance Programmer. The X4 connects high-performance tunes for an immediate boost in horsepower and torque. Awaking the engine to its maximum potential while using the X4’s easy-to-use functionality. AFE Power provided upgraded cold air intake and exhaust system for more power and a deeper, aggressive sound. Diode Dynamics enhances the looks with a complete LED upgrade and accent lighting.

louv918 yea the ranger5G forum guys are actually getting responses from belltech’s R&D team. I’m no longer looking at getting a new ranger but will still be cool to see!

@@coreyroberts7240 Wow! $4500, but for the amount of work its a fair price. But for a Canyon/Colorado you can lower it for $600.

I think it's the stock hood but it looks like they just got the accessory hood scoop from ford for the ranger
If you haven't found it yet, it's from Air Design USA and it's a very nice scoop in person, as I just got the full body kit this past week :)
I'm cloning my '21 Ranger to look & perform like this truck. Only issue I've ran into is, I cannot find Black Bolts for the Air Design Fender Flares...? So far, I have everything else, except I'm wanting for the suspension parts to get back in stock....
Where did you find the air designs fender flares? I can't find them anywhere and ranger isn't an option on their website.
@@Itzcuauhtli Late 2021, Air Design had it on their site. I have the same ones like they used on this truck, painted Shadow Black, off my truck and stored in my attic.
Where can you pick up the kit?
It's not a "kit".... You have to do lots of research, like I did and have about $15k to spend before you can have something exactly like this truck...
I wish there was an aftermarket kit to lower it :/
There is an aftermarket kit to drop it, actually two. The one that's on the SCT truck was a company in Florida called Control Freaks full adjustable coilovers, with a 4 link rear setup, that has to be welded in place, (about $3500 for their full front and rear drop for the 2019+ 2wd Ranger) and Belltech makes a full drop kit now, a lot cheaper, but not as nice as Control Freaks. To do this full build is definitely not cheap by far, I should know...

@@ron7416 I did the full swap a couple of years ago. Wheels are Method Racing 605 NV Matte Black 20x10, 6x5.5 bolt pattern, 4.55" back spacing -24mm offset. Tires used were Nitto 420V 265/50/20. I'll let yall know, you will need a Belltech rear flip kit and an adjustable front coilover setup with custom upper control arms. This will also stick the tires out almost 3" per side. I still have almost everything off my truck, if someone is interested in any of it? Wheels are gone. Be warned, this was not cheap to clone... You can find my build on the Ranger5g forum :)
Soooo after all that, I still don't know how much HP its running at and didn't hear the engine at all. Nice video learnt absolutely nothing.
Well if going factory specs after tune, it should be bout 330 HP, 380 TQ at the crank. My best guess.
