I sought out these more complex songs (St. Stephen was a little less bad than I imagined) and trying to give them credit but, ummm no. Just weak. Mayer can stomp around all he wants but he never knew a Dead song until spotify showed him one. I would like to hear Cumberland Blues but why...

I beg to differ...& Personally, I am not sure anyone else, could lend themselves so well, without demanding their personal flair. I loved his works...I wondered how it would work, & in my opinion (1 RIP Bill Graham respected...) it was meant to be.
