Is there a site you recommend to find out your resting metabolic rate and how many calories you should be consuming? Unfortunately I don’t have the ability to get this tested by a professional.

TDEE calculator is a good one online, at least better than some others!

not connected with this study but would you recommend unrestricted eating for a person recovering from anorexia. even if it means eating more than a weight gain meal plan. many professionals say to take it easy and slow but that feels like restriction

You should watch Tabitha Farrar and Becky Freestone. They always say there is never too much food in recovery from an eating disorder. Honor your mental and physical hunger. Sending love!!!

Yes you should absolutely eat, unrestricted, and allow yourself all foods! There is always room for food in recovery :)

Have you read Roar by Stacey Sims? It’s a great book, full of science, and among the takeaways is that women benefit from strength training.
So many people tell me they don’t want to lift weights because they don’t want to get bulky or larger. But as a physiotherapist, I work with people with osteopenia and osteoporosis, and they often regret not knowing more about strength training earlier.
Do you also hear from people that they’re afraid to get bulky if they do strength training?
