- Finally in the capitol of Belfast, Northern Ireland - Randy and I stopped into his old stomping grounds at Newton Cafe and Brunch Bar to take on their XXL 'Goliath' Ulster Fry Breakfast Challenge! Over 1,000 brave and hungry diners have attempting this monster, which requires you to eat: 4 eggs, 4 rashers of bacon, 4 sausages, 4 slices of toast, 4 pancakes, 4 soda bread, 2 black pudding, 2 tomatoes, mushrooms, beans, and 2.5lbs of chips in just one hour! Winners earn their £20 meal for free and a spot up on the Wall of Fame!

I'm sure this will probably get buried in the comments but I really appreciate you doing these videos. I suffer from gastroparesis and no longer can eat (I rely entirely on tpn and j tube feeds) your videos are really relaxing to me and let me remember food... I like the egg sandwich strategy. That's a good way to use up that bread. And anything sweet works on pancakes. Syrup, jam, butter and sugar, mushed up bananas, or even applesauce. And then you can go with non-sweet toppings like eggs for something different.
