This is my way of passively enjoying food currently lol. I’ve cut out booze the last 9 days and I’ve lost 12 lbs already. Been weighing and portioning my food, the whole 9 yards. Way to go on the challenge. That’s scary. 😂
@@danvincent2600 that’s what my co-worker said too. I used to be 220 and got down to 155. Then I got back up to 222 and I’m down to 200. But from when I started my diet, and cleanse, I was 212. I’ve been drinking at least a gallon of water a day. And I work in a kitchen so I’m on my feet 8-10 hours a day. Appreciate the positivity, asshat.
I love the mix of American and English words/food terms, Chip Butties are so British & tasty, so yummy, bread has to be buttered so the butter melts into the Chips.

Love an Irish breakfast! Irish Bacon is spectacular! It's been 20 years since I was in Ireland and I still miss the bacon, the butter, white pudding and soda bread! I've tried my hand at making my own soda bread and it was nice but not quite like the real thing!
We spent 9 years in South Africa. A very common school lunch was a slap chip roll which was French fries on a bread roll Carbs on carbs. My kids still talk about them and get them when we go back

I do not drink beer often, but when I do I do enjoy a good Guinness. Did I hear wrong ? I thought you were going to have at the end of this video Randy’s challenge results.
