I’ve been watching Beard for a while now, and some commenters are such huge haters on his production crew. I honestly love his increased quality of videos and the reactions/quips from his team. For me, I like seeing Beard motivated by other people in the room whether it be bystanders or people he more intimately knows. I don’t really understand why people are hating on the more complex shots- let alone man explore his craft/passion! It doesn’t hurt anybody and it makes Beard happy. Some of y’all are way too critical of a guy who does eating challenges in front of a camera- FOR US!
It's not that people don't like the quality or production, most can't stand the guy he does the podcast with. He's just REALLY unlikable. If Adam did a podcast with someone else, or alone it would be huge. If he would just keep that guy out of these videos, people would be OK with them too, but he if he's producing the video, he has to make sure he gets some camera time, which isn't smart because people don't like him. I have a large friend group, about 25 of us who hang out regularly, we all have been watching Beard since the pandemic and just had this conversation last week.
@@lg7841 I understand that viewpoint, but as someone who doesn't watch the podcast his presence to me isn't as much as an affront as it would be to you.
@lg7841 I have to vehemently disagree with your sweeping statement regarding Josh. Three blokes talking inane bullshit but putting a smile on my face. To coin a Beard podcast catch phase... "shut the fuck up".
One tip for when you are in Germany, if you want something gravy like always ask for Jägersoße which is pretty similar in taste and viscosity because many people especially the older generation are not familiar with the word gravy
What's crazy is how difficult this looked for Beard and how difficult it actually was, because there is no doubt it is. It helps me put in perspective 9 years ago when 120 lbs Molly Schuyler did the 72oz steak challenge 3 times in under 20 mins from The Big Texan in Amarillo, Texas. That's 3 72oz steaks, 3 baked potatoes, 3 salads and 9 shrimp all in 20 mins.

“This is where it’s going to get hard.” The fact that he ate the entire steak is insane. Even the dog looked at him like “GTFOOH.” Hats off for getting all that food down.
Way to go Brother!!! You did it!!! I am 72 years old and when I was your age I could have ate that big meal. I was thin and had a hollow leg and could put away some food. Very well done.
I love that German guy's attitude. So jovial. :D
Well done, that looked brutal! What really made me laugh though was how you ate that enormous 72 ounce steak like a gentleman, then the side salad like a complete savage 😂😂😂
I’ve been binging these videos so much and I’m starting to get the feeling Adam’s working to evolve the folding stomach all over again 😂
The production value on these new style Beard videos is like a song with Auto-Tune.
Just doesn't hit the same.
It's the cheesy stock music that kills me
This video shows exactly why I love Germany so much. The hospitality, the architecture, the people, everything. I need to go there on my next vacation and try this too. :)
Too bad they are having a population problem and their economy is breaking under socialism, my family is struggling, but yes still love Germany
@@tablescissorsplease explain😄
@@robinsmori not everything here is perfect. We got problems like every other country. But it is still one of the best countries to live in :)
And such a peaceful history too!
@@OnetwothreepeanutsJust like the US and its allies..
Beard: "Well done"
Chef: "No way Jose! Medium he will get!"
good chef!
It's always hard to hear him order well done. :0
It was well done, to not let him have the steak well done.
Would cooking the huge round part of the steak well done have overcooked the rest of the steak?
@@nickk5670 , I guess so. Maybe do it like a roast. Fry it first and then cook it in the owen?
Takes a lot longer though.
On the continent expect it to be on the rarer side of what we might think. I remember the first time having a medium steak in France and it was practically blue.
The dog barks because he normally comes in and there is loads of steak left for him from the failures 😂😂
I love getting the Beard Meats Food alert on my phone every Sunday. Let's get it!
❤️🙏
@@Beardmeatsfood I love your videos so much I make sure to like, comment, and subscribe on my brothers account too! Anyway, we were wondering: What's your routine immediately after a food challenge? I've seen interviews and stuff of you talking about your daily work out schedule, etc. But I've never seen you talk about what your plan is immediately following a huge food challenge like today's video for example. Like, as soon as this video finished, what did you do for the rest of the day? Sleep it off? immediately edit the video? run a marathon? or Go eat another meal? (j/k!) or something else entirely? Would be interesting to know what happens as soon as the camera goes off! thanks and love from America!
4 hours there, 4 hours back - and a big, delicious lunch in the middle. A full day's work, for sure!
My 11 year old daughter and I love your videos! She's clapping rn as we watch here in Canada! Just adore you. Fun fact..you look alot like my husband as well. CHEERS! BIG FANS
My daughter is 7 and same. Good wholesome family fun 😂😂
Hello, fellow Canadians! (Alberta here!)
Eyyyy love to the family ❤
Is your husband Matt Walsh
@@SteveRyzuk Alberta here too!
When he said well* done, I gasped... Chef was not having that! 😅
Perfect medium it is 😂
Wow! This was the one challenge I was worried that you wouldn't finished. Nice work as always.
LOL @ 9:12 he said "Even the dog is bored" and the dog without skipping a beat nodded yes🤣🤣
Dang! That’s was crazy! Great job! For the record, love the fancy camera work and music, but I dunno man, I love the simplicity of videos where you’re commentating and just doing what you’ve always done. Something nostalgic about it, ha!
Good job both will continue then 😂
@@Beardmeatsfoodthe production is good, just the stock music is pretty bad. It's just too "stock" sounding and makes it feel like a cheap food network show. Love the content, not trying to be a hater! Reach out to Fat Wreck Chords for some punk in the background haha
4:42 Your bicep needs some sun lmao
Ive never seen someone so excited to give their food away for free. Love the German's energy. Cheers !
"Even the dogs bored look" 😂 never! Always the most entertaining 10 or so mins. Never change Beard!
That cut in the music for "Moist" was nothing short of a masterpiece
Hell yeah. My home turf. You got super unlucky with the weather, this is the sunniest place in Germany. Man, they also have the highest culinary in any city in Germany. Love that town
I have listened to every single podcast and the interaction between him, Adam, and George makes it a very enjoyable hour every week. Three blokes talking inane bullshit but putting a smile on my face. To coin a Beard podcast catch phase... "shut the fuck up".
I feel like beard has found his people with the Germans. He’s so comfortable with them it’s comforting to acknowledge. 😂
the beard face going across the map needs to be a regular thing, hilarious
that guy for waging psyc warfare acting like you'd not finished when you still had chips....clever !
One tip for when you are in Germany, if you want something gravy like always ask for Jägersoße which is pretty similar in taste and viscosity because many people especially the older generation are not familiar with the word gravy
Jägersauce has mushrooms, so Beard would be suffering. I think asking for "Bratensauce" or "braune Sauce" would be better in his case.
Absolutely love Jägersauce, we make it here in sweden too 😊
Nice job, Adam. The proprietor was a hoot.
That's really, uh, hard to swallow.
@@ericdietz1795 it's insane, there is a video of it on YT too.
8:37 that dog was impressed 😂
