- Squaring up against the biggest breakfast challenge in Chicago! At the Lincoln Park location of The Original Pancake house, they have devised quite the doozy of a breakfast feast in the way of Chicago's Biggest Breakfast Challenge! Brave eaters have just one hour to finish a supersized Dutch Baby loaded with strawberries and bananas, a cherry kajifa crepe, a baked cinnamon-apple pancake, a 10 egg-white San Diego style omelette, and a pint of fresh squeezed orange juice! Winners get their breakfast for free, a groovy t-shirt, and a spot up on the Original Pancake House's Wall of Fame!

1.) *_Dutch Baby_** --* I can only assume that the bananas and strawberries were/are a required part of the Challenge.
Because otherwise, the best/standard way to enjoy the Dutch Baby is with whipped butter, lemon, and powdered sugar.
2.) *_Apple Syrup_** --* The above being said, the Apple Syrup (&/or other Specialty Syrups) also goes well with the Dutch Baby; though in very small amounts, as to not sosk/overpower the Dutch Baby itself.
It'd be interesting to see a video on how you recover from big eating challenges / what the immediate impact is on your body/ how you prep for challenges etc!
Lots of pooping and sleeping.
She has a couple of vids on what she eats and her exercise on a daily basis, not on a challenge recovery tho, (that I've seen.)

Loved to see this, used to eat at the first O.P.H. in Portland, OR. Have had both the Apple Pancake and the Dutch Baby, and both are daunting on their own. Good memories! BTW, a piece of history, if you wanted to dine there on the weekend, the wait was regularly an hour and a half. Kudos to the Original Pancake House, their dedication to quality and ingredients has always been impeccable.

While I am not a huge fruit fan, I can eat breakfast any time of the day. I love fried eggs and corned beef hash for dinner. This just made me crave an omelet with fetta, spinach, tomatoes and onions. .

I've been to an Original Pancake House location in Bethesda, Maryland. I got the Cherry Kijafa crepe which is the dish right smack dab in front. It was soo good! The Keafa is sweet. Gives a good balance between the slightly tart black cherries.
You are absolutely amazing girl! It’s like all that food was there one minute, and the next minute it was just gone. Wow. I can’t believe you ate for 20 minutes straight. Way to make it happen!
