How to delete Downloaded, Failed & Pending Windows Updates

Could delete xml file in WinSxS folder. Said I needed administrator privileges even though my acct is an administrator acct and I selected delect as Admin option.

I have downloaded many movies online to my computer, and many times it got failed while downloading. Now these failed download are taking so much space in my computer as well as I cannot see them from where to delete. Pls help me

Many Thanks your video sorted out my problem every time I turned on my PC it came up with update needs to be installed and it wouldnt install it and now it gone I Am Very Pleased ☺
