The front end is awesome.. You can spot one a mile away.. When I purchased mine it already had an exhaust but I don't know which one it has. My rear pipes look like yours. All I can tell you is when I let my foot off the pedal it has a nice rumble pop to it..

To answer your question on customization on the bottom Uconnect bar, yes you can set your favorite icon buttons by dragging any icon to the bar. the bottom steering wheel buttons on the left is voice commands for both your phone and car, the bottom right is your adaptive cruise control function.
