How would you address the issue of running out of breath while bracing? People often say to breathe between reps but I feel like it takes me a long time to regain my breath during this period.
Are you out of breath after only a handful of reps?

Sir is it risky to do heavy squat and deadlift in 2-5 rep range?
No unless you're not prepared or your technique sucks
