Upwork is great, but i would say don't give up on your leadlist and update it daily, keep grinding and you will sign your first client maybe it will takes you 2 months but trust me when you sign your first client than your next clients will come easier, when it took me 1,5 months to sign my first client and a week after signing my first client i got my second one, when it rains it pours!

The support and the seeing others in action is motivating and is a big contributor in the higher success rates with courses. My biggest issue at least for me is the lack of support really “Me against the world” isn’t a fun mindset to adopt starting out.

Nothing is easy it will take time but it’s worth it.🙂Don’t forget that this is a very competitive space,choose your niche wisely and be different from all of these agency owners.(upwork is really competitive with big players in it)

I guess if any of us could be a part of a community in one of those courses we wouldn’t be here asking questions, but point is.. How would you like getting in a community of other people starting out, all about motivation and holding each other accountable yk sharing results, voting on ideas, sharing notes.. and when one of the entire community signs a client off, the entire community not just share the success but also get to follow that example, and listens to how they did it and stuff.

Offer to do ads for cheap at first, also offer to make a website if they don't have one, SEO on the website if already there, offer to run accounts and make videos.... maybe might help. Clients are always looking for the cheaper and more contributing offer

However truth is, I encountered an early setback already. My laptop got hacked & I'm troubleshooting to try & fix it. For one, you should have your agency in the description. Two, let's get a chat. I am an entrepreneur as well as you who multitasks Jobs, freelancing opportunities, Classes for my degree online, and whatever else I can get my hands on. We are stronger, smarter, and more courageous in this world together. A discord, email, Contact, network is everything.
How has Your journey been going, Hopefully you've been consistent and not giving up. A few things, Make sure you are following up with every single person, update your pipeline and crm and add a "last contacted" so you can see how long its been. Dont give up on a lead until they say No. So if you have a meeting in the works make sure you get them that calendar link and schedule a day. After just follow up with them until they respond if they missed the meeting. "Hey Jon, You probably had something come up and missed our meeting but just following up with you to schedule another time, My calendar is getting full but I can fill you in x at x:xxPm, Does that work?" and then if they don't reply just follow up every other day/ once a week and so forth. also for people who dont reply or read ur messages dont throw them out either send them an email or call them, some people reply better on different platforms, untill you recieve a no dont give up!! lastly if you do follow up and reach out on every platform and its been a month, just add them to a "dead crm" and wait like 3-4 Months to start reaching out to them again, they could just be super busy or don't need your services at this moment. That was a lot but I hoped this helps. GOODLUCK!!
