    Wow. You're such an incredible character Charlie. It's so funny that after so much 'negativity' that it will suck and I WILL want to quit, it's actually extremely motivating. How do you keep your mind clear? I mean I am used to working 16 hours a day but I also know that with many issues I will just drive myself insane. How do you keep balance between dealing with all of that and keeping your sanity? :)

    • @kubakubiczek
      @kubakubiczek 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      Ohhhh and one additional question - how do you scale the business in Europe? In USA they have millions of companies speaking the same language. In here it's tricky - do you hire translators for foreign markets? Or do you work only with British clients?

    I really wish more people were honest about this and could describe 5 years of effort, there are a million videos about how to make 10k/month in 30 days going from clueless to some "big dog" with 2k TH-cam followers and they are 18 years old and they have it all figured out, then 2,000 young people with zero experience in either real world marketing, sales, business, or online anything waste six months of their lives. My advice - get some real world agency experience before ever attempting this, this is no knock on Charlie, I could write this comment on 50 different TH-cam channels - can this all be done? yes, can anyone do it sustainably without some real world background? 90% of the time the answer is NO.

      Why not do all the business negotiating and then once you have a client, hire someone do to the actual marketing for you??

    • @deanayer3822
      @deanayer3822 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@lukasg9031 you can but how do you handle questions about the process, about why you're better at it than everyone else, how do you know who you are hiring is any good at it? There are a lot of moving parts here. At a minimum you should teach yourself how to do a decent job of what you are going to farm out so you know what you are really talking about. You would be a lot more successful if you first became the person you are looking to hire to do the work then you can start out by doing it yourself.

    • @lukasg9031
      @lukasg9031 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      @@deanayer3822 totally agree! You can’t just hire contractors but don’t know anything about advertising or how social media works. Without a doubt you musts have knowledge in marketing.
      More of What I’m saying is once you understand marketing and how social media works, etc, it wouldnt hurt to hire contractors so you can put more time and energy into the business/sales side of the agency and let the contractors do the advertising work for you.

    I like this video, but at the same time on other vids you say its easy cause if you reverse engineer its only 75 emails a day etc to make £20,000 within one year in the worst case with bad sales and outreach statistics
    I'm not the kind of person who believes this is "easy", I'm prepared to do a very large amount of consistent hard work, so long as I know its possible within a reasonable timeframe.
    Just a bit confused cause in this vid u say its extremely hard but in another vid you say its easy - i guess context really matters.
