@@SantinoCave Grown a lot since then, hired another member of staff as well. Have only started to niche down in the last 5 months tbh, wont give it away just yet as it isn’t massive in the UK. But just starting local is the best thing you can do, with an idea of a niche always helps.

Jordan is advice on cold email is on point. But personally, Mystrika took my campaigns to the next level. Detailed analytics, email warmup, you name it. Cold emails feel incomplete without it.

I watched tons of "How to do cold email" vidoes now and this is the only one that made me confident enough to even send the email to potential clients. Really the amount of value you bring should be behind a pay wall of some sort, extremely valuable to new-start agency owners like my self.

Just blew my mind after seeing how smart it is to send personalized emails instead of sending bulk messages which end up the spam folder , as a beginner agency owner I was so freakin confused of which software to use because i don't have enough cash and I have been procrastinating and giving excuses from last 2 months that I need software but your video opened my eye that yes anything is possible if you put in the work . I am gonna start sending cold emails from today , 10-20-50 , doesn't matter because small progress is better than no progress.

Hey Kim, for outreach there is no need to warm them up. Get straight to the point with personalisation, back up the claims & you’re onto a winner!
He means warming up the email address through Warm Up Tools like the one native in Lemlist...
