Hello everyone, I just built this AI Outbound Voice Setter, that can be adapted for any business, specially local businesses, that rely mostly on phone calls for business. This outbound use case serves the purpose of not "loosing out" on any lead. A lot of businesses get too many requests, and rely on messaging or emailing to booking in those leads. Most people don't care, and most people will forget they saw the ad anyway. That does not work, and if they don't get engaged quickly, they're lost already. That's why calling these leads to qualify and book an appointment is crucial. This is nothing new, and it is usually done by humans. But now, we can leverage AI Voice in order to achieve the same outcome, without the loss of quality. I made this video to show you how.
This is how it works:
1. The lead fills out a form which acts as a trigger for the automation.
2. We get this trigger and call the prospect with a randomized phone number.
3. We ask a series of qualifying questions that go more in deep, which identify if we want to book a call with the person or not.
4. If they qualify based on the criteria, we check the availability of the desired date for the meeting.
5. It gives 3 options for a meeting for the date chosen.
6. The Agent finally books the meeting directly in the calendar, and invites the prospect to it via email.
7. Tracks transcript and summary in our database.

Im still working away on implementing this 😳 what would you recommend I use for each gpt node for max tokens? I have 0 in right now just as place holder really cause im not sure I want to max the tokens out on each of them everytime the workflow runs took a break from it and tried a different one of yours (adhd is brutal, I have HUNDREDS of things started or half (or more) finished and then i get pumped and stay something else and forget to go back)
I have another question: im at the edit blog post module and not sure if I put in something generic that could apply to any edits I might want in the future (which seems flawed and like it would not be effective) or is there a prompt I can enter that is Dynamic (I guess for lack of better words) so that even status is changed to do an edit, at that time I can manually enter my edit prompt into the correct airtable box and the automation will pull my edit instructions from airtable each time is needs to complete an edit? Ive checked make and AT (your templates) giving maybe I missed the exact prompt I ban copy and paste but im not seeing anything Thanks!!!

okay but now have a field in airtable called "url of post" and once posted via the wordpress module the airtable is populated with the url created when the post was posted.

@@diegomayorba wow! Really appreciate the prompt reply! Your answer is not related to the question. Field already exists the point is to automatically populate the field with make. Right now Make creates the article nicely and automatically from a fillable form but when it's all done and published I manually copy / past the url into the field. possibly separate scenario is needed that monitors for new posts?

Great video bro. However you are not actually teaching, this is more of a copy & paste type thing. Here's some ideas: You could try explaining why we have to copy & past the code(same issue with the other tutorial videos that you did) ; What does platform X(eg: Airtable or Beehiv) do and how does integrates well with platform Y(or some webhook or HTTP) for create result Z (the whole automation process). Have a good one
If you have the Make affiliation link it's much easier to get people to sign in after you explained by detail how does the platform works and how easy it can be

Do you think this method is better than the traditional one using the webhook in the functions? I have problems receiving the information from the Google Sheet in the webhook response.
It is the same outcome it is just more flexible to modify in the actual script.
