32 cc two stroke garden multi-tool with all 4 of the following interchangeable accessory attachments... 1. string trimmer (with assorted solid blades) 2. leaf blower 3. pole chainsaw, 4. garden tiller. Propane weed burner (replaces drip torch). Spare 16" chainsaw. All equipment and supplies transported in a double tire wheelbarrow and towed by Yamaha TW200. If the wind and fire change direction I can egress ten times faster.
We use Brush(strap not blood) Hooks on “Chainsaw Appreciation Day”(lol). My favorite hand tool is the Super Pulaski. Weld an Aggie grubbing edge to a Pulaski grubbing end. Makes the tool heavier but easier to control. Let the tool do the work. Great Video.✌🏿
Hi Ronni. Adze is the correct pronunciation. My least favorite tool is the shovel, I feel like your pretty limited what you can do with it. My favorite is the Pulaski, I feel like you can do the most with it. When I worked in Florida, the fire swatter / flapper was good with the grasse's there. For those that might not know, the swatter is basically a mud flap on a shovel length handle. Stay safe !
That is so cool! I have never seen one before. I actually saw it pop up when I was finding pictures to insert into the video and that description is spot on! The concept is so simple and seems like it would be a very effective tool in those quick flashy fuels!
It depends on local terrain. In oak woodland I love the roguehoe with pick and the narrowed McLeod from JR Tools. My go to is the combi. Good weight and versatile. I agree i have never had much use for a shovel.
It seems like a handheld motorized sweeper of sorts would be a good tool. Maybe instead of a soft bristle brush you could have hard metal paddles. Would that be just too hard to control? Maybe too hard to keep fueled?
Have to have my McLeod, grew up using them. My go to tools now are by Rogue Hoe, they have an improved McLeod style hoe/rake that is super tough. Also if you like the combo tool, but don't like the nut issue, Rogue Hoe has a hoe/pick tool that grubs like crazy. Their tools are made from reclaimed farm discs and are indestructible. But, to be honest give me my long bar on the Husqvarna, a can of fuel and jug of bar oil.
Lower 48 Tool order~Super P modified with plow disc in the front, Rogue, chingadera, combi, and monkey paw. (One Mod) Alaska~ I’d say Regular pulaskis and fire swatters. Chop the tundra and roll it back but I’m from region 5 so only one roll in AK. (Their state bird can kick rocks)
I'm going into heavy equipment Bosch training and they're talking about the boss hand tools in your opinion what is the best hand tool for an equipment boss to have
I think that american Hand tools are awesome but imagine combination of pulaski ,rakes, mcleod and adze in one>>>>>>gorgui from vallfirest, Europe tool❤
Everyone knows that the combi is the lightest and has the most likely to break handle, which makes it the best. "Sorry guys, I'd totally help you cold trail this thing we've done three times now, but these damn combi handles, y'know?"
My go to tool when I first started fighting fire was the Shastina and I named her Kristina but she broke after 4 years R.I.P Kristina so now I use the rhino and her name is rhonda
I'd first spot out my safety zones if none present I'd send a smaller saw ahead to cut the safety zones and clear up that 1 foot scratch that feds lay down I'd send in my first and second saw in to give me a 10 foot cut send my pullers in after that throw to the burn bring in my polaski first pulaski gets three whacks on every root stump or trunk second polaski hits every stump three times the third pulaski knocks it the final with in there three hits if no roots trunks are in the way they hit the dirt the clouds are next they scratch the first helf of the 10 foot scratch second McCloud hits the bottom haldf of that scratch third McCloud comes behind and removed all green miss weeds on the line and loose roots cleans that line up the drag spoon hits it last with a rake and hand removing anything tools can't track perfecting the line also keeping eves on weather fire conditions and sight of any Widowmaker or falling debris
Best trio
Pulasky ,McLeod ,Chainsaw

Pulaski is the GOAT always.

@@wildlandfirefit I just ordered the book as well. I may be an older and saltier Faller but I'm always looking to learn something new.

In spanish is called azada, interesting that the word didn`t change that much, cheers.

hahah I love it!! You know, I had to ask what a chingadera was... I know it as a rhino and forgot to add it in the video!!!

i choose a cat D6 i mean i do control it with my hands so that counts right
Hahah yes! 😂
You either love the Pulaski or you're wrong. It's God's own tool.
McLeod with 4 tines is the best by far, nobody wants to be digging line and need a rake but not have something that can rake
Love it!
My favorite is the combi tool

Rhino tool is my personal favorite
Greetings Ronni, My Favs are the Rogue Hoe, Pulaski, Fire swatter and I will throw in the Indian Fire Pump. Keep up the good work.
awesome!! I have never seen or used a fire swatter in real life and it seems like such a good tool for cheat grass!
Gorgi is the best tool I use it exclusively
I wield a double bit axe in each hand and whirling dervish all day long chopping mad veg down.
Pulaski has always been the best all around tool. Shovel is only good for digging a hole to poop in.
Rino's are good scrappers, but heavy.
hahahahaha
Can u pleaseeee do video on GORGUI🙏🙏🙏
Pulaski is best followed by the shovel
My go to tool when I first started fighting fire was the Shastina and I named her Kristina but she broke after 4 years R.I.P Kristina so now I use the rhino and her name is rhonda
ah I am sorry to hear that 💔 R.I.P. Kristina and HELLO Rhonda! 🤩
Nice
Plasky all day ever day
